Check at https://steemd.com/witnesses and vote for 30 witnesses from spot 1-50 except the corona-yellow-marked disease of blockchain #tron puppets.
I also powered up to support the witnesses somewhat but that's it. When I post, my posts get flagged because flagging is not done only for abuse but disagreement on opinion. I no longer hope for rewards from voting. It's a pain that the posts becomes less visible though.

Why should I do that? I've seen lots of posts like that, asking for help to keep steem blockchain safe. But I've not seen any post explaining the situation for a newbie like me, and the impact it can have to do that (or to not do that). Thanks :)

I have a question. What if I power up some steem after I have already voted for my witnesses? Does my vote weight go up affecting them, or should I unvote and then re-vote in order for the new power up to take effect on the votes? Just wondering, not like I have much to power up at the moment.
