Hello my fellow Steemit friends, it's so good to be back Steeming again.
The Ingredients for my sandwich:
8 cups brown bread flour
4x cups warm water
3 tsp dry yeast
pinch salt
mix yeast with the warm water then add flour and salt.
Mix with clean hands to form dough thencover with clean cloth and leave to rise for +- 2 hours until doubled in size.
Push dough down , make a ball with half the dough , put on baking tray to rise again for + - 45 minutes and bake at 200% for 35 minutes or until baked.
Put the left over dough in container in the fridge to be used the next day or two, just let it rise again in room tempreture.
4 x chicken fillets
olive oil
2 onions
couple of cherry tomatoes
steak sauce
slice the fillets through thinly with sharp knife , should beable to get three thin layers from one fillet, take a bowl of flour and a bowl with two eggs.
soak the fillet in egg first then coat with the flour, when all fillets are done put on plate cover with cling rap and leave in fridge for roughly an hour or two, or while baking the bread.
Fry the fillets in olive oil on a low heat until golden brown.
When done with chicken, fry two onions in olive oil.
Slice bread and butter the slices , layer with chicken, onion cherry tomatoes and top with delicious steak sauce.
