First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
It's been a rainy wet Weekend in the UK, and I slept most of Saturday after my crushingly hectic working week - so for this weeks #sublimesunday we revisit my trip to Brazil - 🇧🇷 I still have a million photos to share from my trip in June and I'm sure you will all love them.
In Belo Horizonte you can visit Academia de Cafe which has this very cool coffee art on the outside, and an equally cool coffee bar, and then in the back a Probate Coffee Roaster and they even grow coffee in the back yard!
On the road around Brazil you see some interesting sights like many, many lorries carrying all sorts of goods around.
Plus some nice countryside to enjoy too.
Out of the minibus shot, the driver thought he was Colin McRae - I loose count of the amount of moments I stopped breathing when he took on an overtake of a lorry in an underpowered minibus making it back in by moments before a bigger lorry came the over way.
This tree looks like a hunchback...but who knows you decide?
I like the clouds in this one, all wispy and cool.
The roadside services had some cool decorations as well though.
Nice old tilling equipment too, plus it's sunny yay!
I call this photo lone tree. Because it has a tree...on it's own.
And this is Sun baked @c0ff33a in front of a large concrete patio of sun drying coffee cherries.
And these are the covered drying beds, so they don't get as cool as night. Sexy.
That's right, this sorting machine is just older then me! A great big machine of grids with different sizes wholes to sort the coffee beans into sizes - the same size beans fall through the relevant holes into storage units - that is how they grade coffee by bean size.
Only one of these is a native coffee farmer, you go figure.
They have flowers in Brazil too - amazeballs!
This is what's it is all about - coffee cherries growing on the trees. Up close and personal.
Juicy red and ripe, each cherry will have two coffee beans in.
Ideally they would all be the same colour, but this year the weather was strange with multiple wet seasons which caused the coffee trees to flower and then fruit multiple times. So they have trees with dried on tree cherries, ripe cherries, nearly ripe and green not ready cherries all together.
The black cherries have gone past red ripe and dried on the tree.

But not all coffee cherries are red! Ha just to confuse you Yellow Bourbon and Catuai varieties are yellow when ripe.
Yellow Bourbon makes some seriously tasty coffee, and it is this variety I am buying nearly a ton of from Fazenda De Lobo I visited.
A map from one of the plantations I visited, the tree's represent areas that are left uncultivated to grow wild - the farmers must leave at least 25% of the plantation to grow wild to encourage biodiversity.
