Night market - grilled honey chicken wings

Hi guys!

today i would like to share with you guys one of my favourite grilled chicken wings that happen to be around my house. Unfortunately, the stalls only open on every tuesday since the night market a.k.a pasar malam only operating once a week.

as you can see, the seller would grill twice. the first, they pre-grill the chicken wing so it won't take a longer time to cook and before the seller handed the pack for you, they will grill it for the second time. no one likes the chicken cold, right?

the stall also have variety of grilled chicken from the white meat (more like satay), sausages to chicken broth. the taste is kind of sweet but in order to maintain the balance, the sauce would be quite spicy. Overall, this has been one of the tastiest chicken wing i ever tasted.
