I've been wanting to review this movie for a while now; I found it both hilarious and heartwarming. I love romantic comedies, and I love them even more when they're full of comedy. This one, in particular, is about two young people: Eddie and Amber. They decide to start a fake relationship to avoid any doubts about their sexuality.
Amber is outgoing, fun-loving, and adventurous, searching for the love of her life, which she knows has to be a girl. Eddie, on the other hand, is more reserved and feels guilty about having feelings for people of the same gender, to the point that he doesn't accept his sexuality and prefers to use Amber as a shield.
At first, everything seems to be going well, but they realize they can't hide their feelings and what they truly desire. It's a very enjoyable, fun, and at times, very funny story.
These two young people embark on an adventure where they discover that the best thing in life is being true to ourselves and facing reality.
What at first glance seems like a series of comical misunderstandings quickly transforms into a dynamic, funny, and above all, very human journey where both will learn a valuable lesson, and we'll be entertained by the antics of these two endearing young people.
