Angel's Last Mission@jeclyn60397d
I'm not a fan of Kdrama but when I came across this emotional movie. I couldn't resist it. I watched till the end and even anticipated when the next episode would be released.
I could remember having an argument with a friend who said the movie won't have a continuation.
The movie is all about a cold ballerina who lost her eyesight. Her career and everything she holds dearly shattered to the ground. From a sweet girl to a bitter one. She couldn't recognize the people who put their efforts to still love her irrespective of her condition but she was still mean.
On the other hand, a carefree angel, Angel Kim Dan. Who was given the mission to make sure Yeon Seo (the blind ballerina) finds true love.
Yeon Seo Auntie took over Fantasia as the temporary CEo running Fantasia till Yeon Seo gets back her eyesight. Three years gone and she couldn't get her sight back. Her Auntie plans a way to eliminate her, inviting her to one of the events. Yeon Seo aunt tampered with the break of her car and while Yeon Seo driver took her home he tries to speak to her telling her how beautiful the weather was but Yeon Seo was rude and bitter to him unknown to her that was going to be the last moment she was going to speak to him. The breaks failed on their way home, the car hitting the railings of the bridge. Half of the car was almost hanging just a tide was holding it from falling into the water when Angel Kim Dan came.
Kim Dan saved Yeon Seo using his power but wasn't able to save the driver. On his deathbed he asked his eyes be given to Yeon Seo. Yeon Seo began to see again but she was prone to different threats. Her greedy Auntie who wants to take over Fantasia her position was threatened after Yeon Seo regained her sight and she wasn't going to stop until she got rid of Yeon Seo.
Kim Dan became human after he misused his power to save Yeon Seo but one thing he wasn't aware of was that Yeon Seo always felt his presence each time he came to her as an angel. Kim Dan applied to work for Yeon Seo when he had no other means of survival. Of all the applicants who came for the position, they were all rejected except for Kim Dan.
On the other hand, Jo Kang who became the tutor of ballerinas at Fantasia fell in love with Yeon Seo and tried every means to get her attention. Kim Dan was just the opposite, he was as arrogant and rude as Yeon Seo but he still took care of her helping her to get back on the things she loved doing even when Yeon Seo lost faith in herself.
Yeon Seo and Kim Dan fell in love even when Kim Dan couldn't accept he fell in love with Yeon Seo. The both couples struggled protecting themselves from danger. Yeon Seo has always suspected her Auntie was behind her blindness. She had gotten blind during one of the performances she did, the chandelier glass particles fell into her eyes and her Aunty was behind that. Yeon Seo Aunt wasn't just the only one who wanted to get rid of her, her cousin's too were on the mission. Find out more about the love story as two Angels turned human fight over Yeon Seo.
The movie is an emotional one and I will rate it 8/10. It's one of the most emotional Kdrama that brought tears to my eyes.

›Angel's last mission: love | Review and personal opinion [En-Es]@marybellrg1379d
If the time of eternity
is painted in black and white,
humans shine in color,
as if they could disappear at any moment.
That's what makes them interesting.
Si el tiempo de la eternidad
está pintado en blanco y negro,
los humanos brillan en colores,
como si pudieran desaparecer en cualquier momento.
Eso es lo que los hace interesantes.
Love stories are always great. Whether they have happy or sad endings, they always manage to make hearts race and even bring a tear to the eye. And the magic of cinema and television is unique, being able to create these kinds of productions and show them as if they were moments of real life.
As many of you know, I have always been a hopeless romantic. I love to death love stories. I immerse myself in them as if I wanted to be one of the protagonists. With them, I laugh, dream, scream, and even cry during some scenes. I get so immersed that I can't stop watching one chapter after another in total addiction.
And I'm still caught up in the K-dramas wave. A type of production detracted by some and loved by many more because, in my opinion, they have something that pleases the taste and heart of many who, like me, seriously immerse ourselves in every story of this genre.
I started watching recently, on Netflix, a K-drama recommended to me by my dear @liveofdalla. Dalla knows about my romantic side and when she heard me talk about watching K-dramas, she especially recommended this one.
It's about The Angel's Last Mission: Love. A beautiful story from beginning to end and I will tell you why because I started watching it recently and finished it in no time since it is the kind of story that catches me by its style.
This series is from KBS Television (Korea) and premiered in 2019. It consists of 16 episodes and is streamed through the Netflix platform, where I watched it. Starring a terrific cast in which its two main protagonists stand out: Kim Myung Soo (also known as L, a member of the group INFINITE) and Shin Hye-sun as his female partner in the plot. I completely fell in love with their performance in shaping this beautiful story of young love.
Human beings always need to love and be loved, even though someone may say that they don't need it, this is a truth the size of the universe, something that even though many pretend, cannot be hidden. Love is a universal feeling, and many times we hide behind the masks of coldness and hardness to say that we do not need or want it in our lives, is that the biggest lie ever told.
Many human beings, after repeated moments of suffering, seem to renounce love, proposing to be the hardest and imperturbable, but, in the end, this only turns out to be a shield with the only purpose of protecting themselves from suffering any other bad moment of this type.
The last mission of the angel is a romantic K-drama, of love that besides being fresh and youthful, shows a lot of firmness and maturity to make decisions that even older people who consider themselves mature, would not dare to take. I like it very much because it is not the typical love story that shows only the ethereal of this wonderful feeling, no, but goes beyond the superficial.
It shows us the suffering of some human beings when after repeated hard and sad moments, after multiple losses in their lives, they renounce to love and be loved, showing themselves cold and impenetrable to the world around them.
Such is the case of the female protagonist, a character who is at first hateful and disliked, but who, deep down, is nothing more than a shell with which she tries to protect herself in the face of so much suffering present again and again in her young life.
Lee Yeon-seo is a character that makes an incredible turnaround through love. A feeling that is an uphill battle, but that, despite it, motivates her to the point of making incredible decisions, all to reach that longed-for love towards someone perhaps impossible because of her non-human condition, but that did not stop her from loving him because of the wonderful way in which she changed her way of being and thinking about love and life.
This young actress pleasantly surprised me in her tough and very cruel role at the beginning and in her interpretation of the blindness that this character presented, which she showed to perfection. In addition to her performance in the scenes as a dancer, which was really beautiful, aesthetic, precise, and very well executed. Then, her radical change to a phase of tenderness when she accepts love in her life was nice and deserves my recognition.
The male lead, who played Kim Dan, the angel, also charmed me with his freshness, his joy, his fun, authentic and spontaneous character. He reflected a lot of purity, but also firmness at the end in terms of the love he came to feel for the protagonist.
Fresh and pure youthful love, it also showed itself with the power of decision in the face of unexpected events that arise and threaten its existence. This was one of the aspects that pleased me most in this romantic yet sobering drama.
The plot is set in the world of ballet, through a family company with its own very professional corps de ballet. I liked the presentation of chordal settings and real dancers in also authentic ballet performances.
Greed and family ambition are not lacking in this series. A world of intrigues and deceptions plotted around the protagonist shows us how far this feeling can go from those who should not suffer it because they are those who carry your blood. However, the punishment of evil, returned from their actions, also leaves a lesson to these ambitious people, in terms of their emotional side.
On the other side of the coin, there is loyalty and love from those people who do not carry the protagonist's blood but love her far beyond these ties.
The funny part is not lacking in this drama, like in all Korean stories. The archangel Hoo, the angel Dan's mentor, is a character that caught me because, despite wanting to be energetic and hard, he always had a special affection for the protagonist, based on his essence and purity. He even went so far as to transgress divine norms to support him in his moments of difficult and crucial decisions.
Many characters evolve from what they present in the beginning and grow as human beings throughout the plot. I liked the character of Keum Ni-na, Lee Yeon-seo's cousin, also a dancer and in principle, his competition, who grows from a spoiled child controlled by her evil sister, to a mature human being and through her actions demonstrated the good nature of her soul.
The sets, like most of these Korean dramas, are very beautiful and authentic. The characters were very elegant and well-dressed. The environment is very real and beautiful, as we are used to this kind of production. The music is also beautiful. Very fresh musical themes, some romantic, some sad, and some also youthful. All according to each scene and moment of the series.
The last mission of the angel: love, is a very beautiful and special story, fresh and youthful, yes, but also teaches us the fact that no matter how young we are, we must fight for what we want with firmness and without fear, and love does not escape this statement.
These young people impressed me with the power of deciding to fight and defend their love, no matter how impossible and uphill it may seem. After all, in the face of a sea of setbacks and insurmountable obstacles, they always bet on this difficult feeling that we often let go because we give up too soon, without even starting to fight.
I must confess that I started watching this K-drama without many expectations, just because of the recommendation, but, once I got into the story, there was no one to stop my addiction to finish it as soon as possible, although every time that happens, I am left with an emptiness that is difficult to fill immediately.
Life is only one and if there is something we want to achieve, let's not give up beforehand, just because the circumstances are not the most favorable. Let's be like Lee Yeon-seo and Kim Dan, her angel, who despite their youth and inexperience, fought against everything, to reach that happiness.
A fresh and sweet K-drama, also emotional and with life lessons and emotional growth. Funny, tender, with mischief included, and with determination to fight for what you want. I recommend it to those who love this genre. And to those who don't, dare to give it a chance if you want to see something that refreshes your soul, entertains you, and makes you cry for a while with your emotions.
Love can do everything, it makes everything powerful, and when we are saddened and it seems to move away, is when we must fight and give it our hand so that it never abandons us. Thank you for joining me in this time of sharing my opinion and experience regarding this series that I recommend and that I loved to enjoy.
When the mission ends, everything will return to its place.
Humans will die and disappear.
Angels will fly forever. This is the providence of being.....
The providence of the universe. In this providence we will live happily,
with this miraculous love, fragile and in color, we will shine radiantly.

›Angel Last Mission: Love ~ Korean TV Series Review@bliss112392d
Angel's Last Mission is a romance fantasy Korean TV Series with a number of 32 episodes. Directed by Lee Jung-sub, it starred amazing actors like Shin Hye-sun, Kim Myung-soo, Lee Dong-gun, Kim Bo-mi, Kim In-kwon and many others.
Dan last mission as an angel on earth is to help Yeon seo find love but he ends up falling in love with her, which is however forbidden for an angel.
The series revolves around Lee Yeon-seo, an heiress and a ballerina who lost her eyes in an accident, not just that she also lost her parent too. Having passed through all these hard times, a once loving and cheerful girl became a cold and a rude young lady to all around her. There is also Dan, who is an angel due to his nature of interfering into human matters he got himself into trouble with the almighty. So in punishment for that, he was tasked with the mission to help Lee yeon-seo who does not believe in love to find love.
Lee yeon-seo who has been hurt so much finally finds comfort in Dan, but would the almighty give them a chance to be together??
Lee yeon-seo character is a very interesting one, at first you just seem to wonder why she is just so rude and cold with no love to give. But going further into the series you begin to understand her character, the reason she became that way and that beyond that thick skin of hers is a sweet young lady who is only giving back to life what life gave to her, even her close relatives are all bent in taking advantage of her situation. Having Dan, come into the picture is what I would call "the almighty attempt to show mercy on yeon-seo" but that did not go quite well. But then again, the question of "the will of god", "his reasons for doing some certain things", "Why he would definitely not allow them be together" becomes a hard nut towards the end of the movie.
The cast performance was amazing, nice plot although it got dragged a bit in the middle of it but it was still okay. Shin Hye-sun as Lee yeon-seo did good in delivering her roles, portraying her self as a cold person while still trying to get the sympathy of the viewers was great. Ah! I do not really know much about ballet but the way she danced was beautiful. Kim Myung-soo as Dan also did great, I so love his cheerful personality and his dimples too lol. His character is also fun to watch, the parts where he became way serious was kind of strange to me but I loved that I could see a different side of him.
The both leads chemistry was great, you just can not help but cheer for them...you just want a good ending for them both. Another character I love is that of Kim Bo-mi as Geum Ni-na who happens to be Yeon-seo's cousin. She is also a ballerina but has always been under the shadow of yeon-seo, despite all she did to have her own dance on stage she constantly finds herself in a "dark space" thanks to her mom and most especially her sister who is so obsessed with doing anything for her sister Ni-na....above all she did good in her performance. There are also different beautiful Ost's that accompanies the series well.
Angel Last Mission: Love is a very entertaining TV Series, if you are a kdrama lover and you have not seen this then you should definitely see it, also watchable for anyone though.
