I love this book series. Ella Lynch does such a fantastic job brining Maude Greenleaf, witch and Lich to life. It's book two and does such a good job of building up Maude's power as a lich, her delight at her powers, and at sewing new things. It also gives brief looks at Maude from the outside, showing her as the undead horror she is. We also see the contrast between Maude and another Lich, the contrast between her using her powers to do things like make ghost flowers and zombie bees, while all her opponent does is consume and destroy. Seriously it's an awesome series.
