For my current freestyle collage, I wanted to share my throwback version of an outing at the beach. The female depicted is a version of how women are portrayed in 60s era. I remember the red bandana bows that were often worn as part of the head attire.
A trip to the beach in a family setting was accomplished by modesty. The retro style was introduced abroad, but quickly gained ground in the U.S. with its polka-dot fabrics and bold colors. The style from dress to decor was often referred to as the counterculture.

Below are my steps in creating my freestyle design. I uploaded all images into Canva, my design program, to blend them. I leave with you my procedures which began with a blank, white canvas. I then added layers of elements in accordance with my upgraded Annual Pro Membership that includes tools to remove backgrounds, resize, filter, duplicate, and reposition items as required.
