The LEO / CACAO Pool Could Become the Most Rewarding on Maya Protocol

Hi, everyone! With just a few of you as our beta testers, LeoDex is already doing really well in terms of numbers. This is a positive sign for what is yet to come when more features go live and the experience becomes even smoother.

In this clip:

  • The more refined the experience becomes, the more swap volume we’ll see
  • LeoDex is number five in terms of the number of swaps
  • Liquidity providers earn organically from the swap fees
  • With the Hive Aggregator, the LEO/CACAO pool could become the most rewarding one

In the Maya Interface War, we are number five in terms of number of swaps, right behind Asgardex, which is already incredible. We are working to create the cleanest and easiest experience to keep climbing the ranks. This is a friendly war; in fact, the Maya community has been very friendly and welcoming. Other UI owners reached out to us to offer their help while we were building LeoDex.

The liquidity providers for the pools on Maya earn organically from the fees generated during the transactions. The LEO/CACAO pool will handle all the swaps from Hive to Maya through the Hive Aggregator. This means all the volume of swaps from DEC, SPS, HIVE, HBD, and more in the future, will go through the LEO/CACAO pool. The potential earnings there for the liquidity providers are great.

We are continuously building and we are excited to see how this develops.

    I created the Keystore wallet and referring to videos I was able to deposit in this pool. The transfers using wleo.io and the arbitrum faucet worked well. I made 4-5 progressively larger amounts like you suggested and the transactions all worked without a hitch. As an added plus, I can check on my investment through the dashboard. I think this maya blockchain looks like a good place and the people seem knowledgeable. It's great that you and nifty are well versed in this ecosystem, I am experimenting with Thorlend also, so this is really exciting.

    Number 5 and LEO/CACAO pool! That's great! I wish LeoDex more growth as DEC, SPS, HIVE, and HBD are added.

    I think this is an important pont, which is missed by many people. If Hive was on common centralized exchanges, which also serve as onramps and offramps people would be more willing to invest capitol in Hive knowing that the path to remove capitol from Hive or at least earnings from capitol on Hive. Hive would have a better chance to grow.
    Now with DEXs we have other options for onboarding people to Hive through their Bitcoin, Ether and USDT or USDC. These are easy tokens to purchase with fiat from so many sources, plus many wallets now allow onboarding of capitol through wallets, so this dex provides a direct route off HIve for now and a direct route onto Hive in the future. The rise of dexs and onboarding capitol through wallets makes Centralized exchanges less vital and reduces the choking effect centralized exchanges unintentionally put on altcoins by not listing them.

    It is very impressive how fast this growth is happening around the LEOverse. LEO has always been the conduit to shoot Hive and Hive-engine tokens into the external market. Cheers!
