English version
For lunch today, I made ground beef stew. I wanted to use the same technique from the chicken recipe in my previous post but with a different protein to see how it turned out, so I blended the seasonings but left some noticeable chunks of tomato and bell pepper for better flavor. Then I added sautéed onion pieces to the mixture to combine the ingredients and give it a different texture.

Ingredients:
- 400 grams ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 12 sweet peppers
- 1 bell pepper
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon adobo seasoning
- 1 cup water
- Oil
- Butter
- Cheese for grating

Preparation:
I washed the vegetables, removed the seeds from the sweet peppers and the bell pepper, and also removed the seeds from the tomatoes. Then I put them in the blender with a cup of water.
I peeled the onion and cut it into small pieces. I sautéed it in a skillet with the ground beef, mixing it in thoroughly. I also decided to add half a tablespoon of adobo seasoning and a pinch of salt. I like the flavor of ground beef with adobo, so I added this extra touch to make the dish even more delicious.

Then I added the blended seasoning mixture and continued stirring. The meat cooked for twenty minutes over medium heat and turned out delicious—you could taste the seasoning in every bite, and it was perfectly seasoned to my liking.

Then I made spaghetti to recreate the classic recipe with grated cheese. It was the perfect balance for a satisfying lunch. I tweaked the recipe slightly to give it a different flavor, and it worked—I loved the result.
