🐱 Cariñosito and Katirrucio: My Two Construction Site Supervisors
Hello, dear friends: For the first time, I am coming to the Hive Pets community with a very special purpose: to officially introduce you to my pets—two slightly mischievous kittens who have conquered every corner of my home (and my heart). I am @encuentro.
Their names are Cariñosito and Katirrucio, and yes—you heard that right: two names with real personality.
🏠 The Day the "Supervisors" Showed Up at the Work Site
At the time, I was repairing my humble home, working near the patio and garden. I was using traditional materials like mud and lime, trying to spruce up the look of my space. While I mixed and applied the materials, my faithful companions were prowling about, walking through the work area as if they were construction site supervisors. They even left their paw prints in the fresh mudwork.
And really, how could I deny it? These cats are—or at least they certainly feel like—the absolute owners of the place. They are charismatic and funny, and each has such a distinct personality that it seems they were born to star in a comedy.

Cariñosito—whose name says it all—is gray with black stripes. I was told he might be of an Egyptian breed, though honestly, to me, he is simply my cuddly little cat.
He has his prime time: at night, when everything is quiet, he starts making his rounds around the house. He comes close, rubs against your shoes, acts playful, and seeks attention as if he were the star of his own soap opera. He is a homebody, calm, and doesn't care much for exploring outside. His world consists of me and the house, and that’s just fine.
🦁 Katirrucio: the fierce yellow one
Katirrucio, on the other hand, is quite the character. He is yellow, more serious, and much fiercer. He isn't one to constantly seek cuddles; he prefers to maintain his feline dignity. He likes roaming the neighborhood, exploring, marking his territory, and coming back whenever he decides.
Unlike Cariñosito, Katirrucio is the family adventurer. While one stays home, the other goes out to conquer the world (or at least, the block). 
💜 True friends
The truth is, they represent something very important in our lives. I never thought I’d find a place like this blockchain to talk about my cats. I’ve done it in another Hive community before and it went really well, but today is my first time here, and I want to leave a message for everyone participating:
Take good care of your pets.
They are true friends. Sometimes I think they are even better friends than people, because they are who they are: they don't have split personalities, they don't pretend, and they don't judge. They are genuine and authentic, and their daily mission is simple: to get a little more food!

🐱 Cariñosito y Katirrucio: mis dos supervisores de obra
Hola, queridos amigos: por primera vez vengo a esta comunidad de Hive Pets con un propósito muy especial: presentarles oficialmente a mis mascotas, dos gatitos un poco traviesos que han conquistado cada rincón de mi hogar (y de mi corazón). Soy @encuentro
Se llaman Cariñosito y Katirrucio, y sí, como escuchan: dos nombres con personalidad propia.
🏠 El día que los "supervisores" aparecieron en la obra
En esta oportunidad, me encontraba reparando mi humilde casa, cerca del patio y el jardín. Estaba trabajando con materiales tradicionales como barro y cal, tratando de mejorar un poco el aspecto de mi espacio. Mientras yo mezclaba y aplicaba, mis fieles compañeros andaban merodeando por allí, caminando entre los materiales como si fueran supervisores de la obra. Incluso marcaron sus huellas en la obra fresca de barro.
Y es que, ¿cómo negarlo? Estos gatos son, o al menos se sienten, los dueños absolutos del lugar. Son carismáticos, graciosos y cada uno tiene una personalidad tan marcada que parece que hubieran nacido para actuar en una comedia.

Cariñosito, como su nombre lo dice todo, es de color gris con rayas negras. Me dijeron que podría ser de raza egipcia, aunque la verdad, para mí es simplemente mi gatito mimoso.
Él tiene su horario estelar: en la noche, cuando todo está en calma, comienza a dar vueltas alrededor de la casa. Se acerca, te acaricia los zapatos, hace gracias y busca atención como si fuera el protagonista de su propia telenovela. Es casero, tranquilo y no le gusta mucho explorar fuera. Su mundo soy yo y la casa, y está bien así.
🦁 Katirrucio: el amarillo aguerrido
Katirrucio, en cambio, es otro personaje. Es amarillo, más serio y mucho más aguerrido. No es de los que anda buscando mimos constantemente; prefiere mantener su dignidad felina. Le gusta andar por el vecindario, explorar, marcar territorio y regresar cuando él decide.
A diferencia de Cariñosito, Katirrucio es el aventurero de la familia. Mientras uno se queda en casa, el otro sale a conquistar el mundo (o al menos, la cuadra).
💜 amigos verdaderos
La verdad es que ellos representan algo muy importante en nuestras vidas. Nunca pensé que podría encontrar un lugar como esta blockchain para hablar de mis gatos. Ya lo hice en otra comunidad de Hive y me fue muy bien, pero hoy es mi primera vez aquí, y quiero dejarles un mensaje a todos los que participan:
Cuiden mucho a sus mascotas.
Ellos son amigos verdaderos. A veces pienso que incluso más que la propia gente, porque ellos son como son: no tienen dobles personalidades, no fingen, no juzgan. Son originales, auténticos y su misión diaria es sencilla: conseguir un poco más de alimento!
