10 January 2026: Neue Watch - Neues Glück oder so ähnlich

Meine Apple Watch ist am Freitag angekommen, dementsprechend kann ich ab heute wieder ganz normal posten. Am Samstag war ich im Fitnessstudio, habe mich aber vorher schon zu Hause aufgewärmt. Ich war eine Stunde auf dem Walking Pad und bin danach ins Studio gefahren, wo ich Rücken und Bizeps trainiert habe. Überraschenderweise war es dort relativ leer. Ich hatte eigentlich gedacht, dass gerade Anfang des Jahres alles überfüllt ist, aber es war wirklich angenehm.

Insgesamt bin ich auf rund 12.000 Schritte gekommen und habe fast 1.000 Kalorien verbrannt. Zu essen gab es Hähnchenbrust mit einer Asia-Gemüsepfanne und selbstgemachtem Brot. Das Ganze war auf eine eher griechische Art zubereitet, schwer zu beschreiben, aber geschmacklich wirklich richtig gut. Dadurch habe ich mein Kalorienziel für den Tag mehr als erreicht.

My Apple Watch arrived on Friday, so I can finally post normally again starting today. On Saturday, I went to the gym, but I already warmed up at home beforehand. I spent one hour on the walking pad and then trained back and biceps at the gym. Surprisingly, it wasn’t very crowded. I always thought the gym would be packed at the beginning of the year, but it was actually quite pleasant.

All in all, I reached around 12,000 steps and burned almost 1,000 calories. For food, I had chicken breast with an Asian-style vegetable pan and homemade bread. The dish was prepared in a more Greek-style way, hard to describe, but it tasted really great. Because of that, I clearly exceeded my calorie target for the day.
