ENGLISH
Hello everyone... welcome to my blog.
Closing out October and beginning November always makes me feel as though Christmas has already arrived—largely because many of us start celebrating the holiday season a full month before December.
October has brought me achievements, valuable experiences, life lessons, moments of reflection, personal growth, and the realization of various goals. It’s a month filled with family birthdays—they almost follow one right after another! My only maternal aunt had nearly all of my cousins in October, which meant there was a birthday celebration in the house every single week—hahahaha!
Right at the start of the month, I unfortunately had an accident at home that resulted in an arm injury. It’s still bothering me, but I’m confident it will heal completely soon. I took the opportunity to get a full medical check-up and order some internal health screenings. I’ve already scheduled appointments for X-rays—both for my injury and for some other pending checks—and, of course, in line with the "Pink October" campaign, I also completed my annual breast cancer screenings.
I haven’t been able to attend my daily workouts, as I’ve had to put them on hold until my arm heals, but I’m hopeful that I’ll be back at it soon. This downtime has allowed me to organize some work projects that were previously on pause, as well as my own business ventures—especially my digital work, for which I was able to get a new laptop a few days ago, making it much more comfortable to keep working.
My "pack" (my pets) also received their full deworming treatment—something I had planned for the beginning of the month but finally got around to a few days ago. The month ended on a bit of a sour note, though: one of my special little cats got injured from a bite—I’m not sure which of his "siblings" did it—but he is currently in recovery. I haven’t been able to go for walks or take photos as I usually do, since I’ve been on bed rest; however, a cup of coffee, a good meal, or pleasant company always brighten my days, lifting my spirits and giving me hope that better days lie ahead.
I welcome the month of November, hoping it will be filled with peace and harmony as a prelude to the most beautiful time of the year.
Thank you all for visiting my blog—have a wonderful start to the week!
