We started by getting the grill ready with all the charcoal so the meat would be cooked to perfection. We had a little bit of everything: meat, sausages, chorizo, and of course, plenty of ice-cold beers to wash it all down. It was a fantastic Sunday! To beat the heat, we took advantage of the pool and cooled off for a while. It was the perfect plan for spending the day with friends and family! Even though it rained a bit, it was a great day.
Comenzamos preparando la parrilla con todo el carbón para que la carne quedara en su punto.
