Beyond the color palette itself, red has a special meaning in my life because it represents blood 🩸. And yes, I was a little girl surrounded by hospitals, so those kinds of settings —which might seem grotesque to some people— are normal and part of everyday life for me. I think I’ve mentioned this before, but a blood transfusion has saved my life more than once.
The truth is, whenever I see myself dressed in red, my brain inevitably gets happy. It’s almost as if my dopamine levels suddenly go through the roof. I don’t dream of wearing red all the time, but having a little pop of this color every now and then is all I need to feel good. 😋
By the way, this piece is a bodysuit. It was my first time wearing one, and I didn’t even debut it anywhere other than the hospital 🙈. That day, I had to run an errand, saw it, and thought, “Why not?”
It’s not very common to see glamorous patients around here. But I’m embracing the fact that I’m a diva every now and then. 🤭💅

Más allá de la gama de colores, el rojo es representativo en mi vida ya que simboliza la sangre 🩸 Y sí, yo fui una niña rodeada de hospitales así ese tipo de escenarios -que para otros puede resultar grotesco- para mí son normales y cotidianos. Creo haberlo dicho antes pero una transfusión de sangre me ha salvado en más de una ocasión.
Lo cierto es que cuando me veo vestida de rojo inevitablemente mi cerebro se alegra y es como si la dopamina se disparara en mí. No sueño vestir siempre el rojo, pero con que tenga un puff de este tono de vez en cuando, es todo lo que está bien 😋
Por cierto, esta prenda es una braga, era la primera vez que lo usaba y no me lo estrené para ir a otro lugar que no fuera el hospital 🙈 ese día me tocó hacer un trámite y yo lo ví y dije "¿Por qué no?" No es muy común ver a pacientes tan glamurosos. Pero yo estoy aceptando que soy diva de vez en cuando 🤭💅
