Hello everyone your welcome to my blog ♥️
Many times knowingly or unknowingly you say something wrong, so try not to say such things, if you still say such things then ask for forgiveness and try to solve the things with arguments, if this does not happen then things can take a much more dangerous form.
See, first of all you have freedom of speech, it does not mean that you should comment or say anything in an indecent manner to anyone, this is not good in any way, being a human being you should think what you are saying and how it will affect the other person, your words sometimes cause a very serious injury to someone.
So you have to keep all these things in mind and try not to do this and for this there should be strict rules and laws so that people cannot spread hate speech because this disrupts the peace and order of the society. Some people are very polite and you feel very good talking to them, but there are some people who make you angry and resentful after talking to them.
You can find all kinds of people everywhere in the society and this is how a society expands. There will hardly be any place where you will find only one type of person, whether to get angry or not, every person has a different nature, some people are very polite and some people are very aggressive and remain angry most of the time and it is not their fault either, many things affect the personality of a person.
Well, there are many rules and laws in India, if you behave in an indecent manner then you are punished for that and if you say something about a particular community or its people then in such a case also a case can be filed against you. See, all the rules and laws that are made are made after a lot of thought and understanding, they are not made just like that.
After all, being able to speak, question, criticize and even disagree with other people is part of living together as a community. The problem begins when we use this freedom to turn hate into a weapon against other people. And this is exactly where a rather complicated question arises: where does freedom of expression end and hate speech begin.
Perhaps this is one of those questions that seems simple when we look at it from a distance, but becomes much more difficult when we actually have to find a limit. After all, if someone says something extremely prejudiced, offensive or full of hatred, but no one is physically harmed by it, should we simply accept it as freedom of expression? Or are there words that, even without causing a visible wound, can have much greater consequences.
But then comes another, even more difficult question: if hate speech should be considered a crime, who exactly decides where that limit lies? This responsibility needs to be treated very carefully, because we are talking about something that could establish a precedent for the future.
A law created to protect people from hatred can be important, but it also needs very clear limits so that it does not become a tool used to silence criticism, opinions or thoughts simply because they are unpopular. It is not enough to ask whether a particular statement offended someone. We need to understand the context, the intention, the target and, above all, the potential of that expression to encourage violence, persecution or discrimination.
