We all know that banksters are ruling the world, and keeping people in poverty, however, there is just one uprising before the banksters lose all their power, and for many, their lives.
The problem is "the poverty mindset".
Poor people fall for scams, especially the govern-cement lottery, all the time. Poor people have little impulse control and have poor comprehension about money and money matters.
The problem is we do not teach financial literacy.
Many people like to say that this is why it would be good to go to a money-less society right away.
Unfortunately this would just make matters worse.
It is like a drug addict suddenly getting a pile of money. (like a musician suddenly getting a record deal.) The suddenly have lost the thing that kept them alive. Getting only so much cocain (or whatever), now they can get more than they can use, and often overdose.
Lets use food and gardening as an example.
If everyone has a garden (big enough to feed one) and every one works their garden, then everyone eats. And the work load is evenly balanced. This is what we would like. Ultimate simplicity, ultimate responsibility placed on the person it affects most.
What do we do about people who can't work? (young children, handicapped people, mentally handicapped people and lazy people?
Someone has to feed babies. This used to be the father, growing enough food for the family. Mother and baby.
But since that old stereotype is no longer allowed, then someone has to feed the babies. And it should be worked out, and not just left to chance or the govern-cement.
Because when one person can gets free food, they often lose the incentive to grow their own food. And then more people want to get on the dole.
And, this is why we can't yet go to a money-less society. Everyone has to contribute to the growing of food, else some people get lazy (and stay lazy) while others get resentful that people aren't doing their fair share.
There is a problem in India, where one farmer seems to get rich, and their neighbor farmer stays poor. This must be systemic prejudices in the system! But what is it actually? One farmer weeds his garden. And the other farmer doesn't. Weeding your garden gets you about 20% more yield. And 20% every year means a lot in a decade. Enough to make one farmer poor, and the other seemingly rich.
This is totally systemic bias, right? And that makes people resentful. Women feel resentful, because they see that they are "obviously" being paid less. And men are upset because they are obviously doing more work.
And, until we work this out, we cannot have a money-less system.
What actually happens with women is they choose easier jobs. Jobs that are indoors. Jobs where they have flex time. And they rarely work overtime.
Men on the other hand, do harder, more stressful, more dangerous jobs, out in the sun and the rain/snow. Men take more risks, and specialize, so they get into better paying positions. And men work most of the overtime.
So, the 81¢ per dollar is mostly about choices that women make, not about anything systemic.
And, actually, if any accounting firm does an actual audit of a company, where they compare skill level, time on the job, time worked and everything, so they are comparing apples to apples, they invariably find that women are paid $1.04 per men's $1.00.
All of these are facts, but they really don't matter.
What matters is that each person feels like they are contributing about equally. (or have taken on someone else's responsibility willingly & knowingly.) We need to squash resentment before it grows and destroys the entire system.
We need to create a system where a person can see what they have contributed, and what their neighbors have contributed. We need to know that things are going fairly. And be able to adjust things till they are.
This is what we use money for today. Money is not very good at this, especially when the govern-cement controls it and prints it into existence. So, in order to go to a money-less system, we need to solve these problems. Of course, the easiest way is to change the money system. Making it better, step by step, until we can just let go of money all together.
Here is the real kicker. The world, the universe-system, has everyone fitted like a puzzle. Every person/piece is important, and is there for a reason. If everyone did what they felt joyous about doing, and they did it without resistance, EVERYONE would get EVERYTHING they need.
This perfect system is already functioning. However, we humans really like to muck it up. Yes, money mucks it up, but even more is people with a lack-of abundance mentality. Poor people make things far worse than wealthy people (not talking about the criminal bankster class that skim/steal their money) however we have a society that "hates the rich".
We are taught to work hard, however, income difference is rarely based on hard work.
Going back to the weeding example. Weeding is not hard if done often. Weeding gets very hard when left undone too long.
And we rarely see that the rich farmer is out their weeding every evening. All we see is that the rich farmer has more food/produce/money than the poor farmer. And then we get upset about the inequality.
In the end, we will have a system where everyone is a part time farmer, working about 10 hours a week growing their own food.
The rest of the time will be doing what the person enjoys most. And, why not, their food is already taken care of. The house is already taken care of. Paid off when it was built. And electricity is pretty much free.
At this point, most of the commodity type goods will be made by robots (like 3D printers), and people will make things because they like to make things. And they give those things away because they like to. AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT, the people that makes things to give away, have an assumption, that is usually correct, that they will get things in return.
People often call that a "high trust society". And usually these people complain about how are trust has gone downhill. Although this is true, and we need to turn that around. We have come no where close to the highs we need for money-less society
