I am very happy because we are celebrating the sixth birthday of the wonderful #ladiesofhive community—a community that, while open to all users wishing to express their ideas here, is created by and for women. I sincerely hope it continues for many more years and that it enjoys abundant blessings and success.
Estoy muy contenta porque estamos celebrando el sexto cumpleaños de la hermosa comunidad #ladiesofhive, una comunidad que, si bien está abierta a todos los usuarios que quieran expresar sus ideas por este medio, está hecha por y para mujeres. Deseo de todo corazón que continúe por muchos años más y que tengan muchas bendiciones y éxitos.
1️⃣ How do you find the strength to keep moving forward when the world tries to make you feel small?
1️⃣ ¿Cómo encuentras la fuerza para seguir avanzando cuando el mundo intenta hacerte sentir pequeño?
It has happened to me many times, but the moments I felt the worst were when my closest family members passed away—first my mother, then my father, and finally two of my sisters. When someone so close dies, a multitude of emotions arise, but primarily a heaviness in the chest—a pain difficult to put into words. You truly feel so small and fragile in a vast, ever-changing world; yet, in those moments, I have clung to faith and the belief that there is life beyond death. This, in turn, drives me to become a better person every day—or at least to try. I find solace in activities that foster my creativity and help me grow; in fact, Hive was one of them. Here, I learned a bit about technology and content creation, and all of that has given me the opportunity to show what I am capable of.
Me ha ocurrido muchas veces, pero las veces que me sentí peor fue cuando murieron mis familiares más cercanos, primero mi madre, luego mi padre y por último dos de mis hermanas. Cuando muere un ser tan cercano surgen muchos sentimientos pero principalmente una opresión en el pecho, un dolor que es difícil describir con palabras, efectivamente te sientes tan pequeño y frágil en un mundo gigante y lleno de cambios, pero en esos momentos me he aferrado a la fe, mis creencias de que existe vida más allá de la muerte, y esto a su vez me lleva a ser mejor persona cada día, o al menos intentarlo. Me refugio en actividades que fomenten mi creatividad y me ayudan a crecer, de hecho Hive fue una de ellas, aquí aprendí un poco sobre tecnología, sobre creación de contenido y todo eso me ha dad la oportunidad de demostrar de lo que soy capaz.
2️⃣ When life challenges you, where do you find the courage to stand back up and keep going?
2️⃣ Cuando la vida te desafía, ¿Dónde encuentras el coraje para levantarte y seguir adelante?
This question is similar to the previous one, so my answer is much the same: there are times when life challenges us—making us feel small—and I have to remind myself that God is the source of all gifts. We are capable of achieving whatever we set our minds to, provided we acknowledge that everything comes from the Most High. I like to remember that everything in life has a solution except death, and even then, death does not mean the end of the road, but rather the beginning of a new stage. When life challenges me, I remind myself who I am and why I am here—that I am a child of God and deserve to be happy. Life sometimes tests our faith; there are moments when these challenges arise so that we may learn to value who we are and what we have, and even discover new skills and talents we didn't realize we possessed.
Es una pregunta similar a la anterior así que tengo más o menos la misma respuesta, hay veces en que la vida nos desafía y por ende nos hace sentir pequeños entonces me toca recordar que Dios es la fuente de todos los dones, que somos capaces de lograr lo que queramos siempre y cuando reconozcamos que todo viene del altísimo. Me gusta recordar que todo en la vida tiene solución menos la muerte y que aún así la muerte no significa el final del camino sino el inicio de otra nueva etapa. Cuando la vida me desafía y me recuerdo a mi misma quién soy y porqué estoy aquí, soy una hija de Dios y merezco ser feliz, hay veces que la vida prueba nuestra fe, hay momentos en que estos desafíos llegan para que aprendamos a valorar lo que somos y lo que tenemos, incluso para descubrir nuevas habilidades y talentos que creías no poseer.
