Sometimes there are challenging days/Mi informe de Actifit: octubre 31 2026

Greetings, Hive friends and the wonderful @actifit community! It’s a pleasure to be back here, sharing my daily activities with you.

It has been a very busy, complicated, and challenging day. To start with, my father is in the hospital; he is currently being evaluated to determine if he needs surgery as soon as possible. My family and I are waiting in a state of great distress.

Another situation that has left me feeling overwhelmed occurred yesterday: as I was leaving the high school and arriving at my bus stop, a teenage girl—who had just stepped off a public transport vehicle—fainted right at my feet. I had to step in to help. Thankfully, another young woman arrived and assisted me in providing the necessary first aid. We managed to revive her, but she remained disoriented and began to have a seizure. We were unable to get any assistance from emergency services, despite our requests, and an ambulance we called for never arrived—the state of the healthcare system in my country is truly disheartening.

The young woman who helped me decided to pay for a taxi; some passersby lifted the girl from the ground and placed her into the vehicle. I then headed home, and I haven’t heard anything since—neither about the girl who had the seizure nor the person who helped me. I suspect that even if they managed to get her to a public medical facility, she likely didn't receive any care, as there is currently no electricity in the municipality, let alone any specialized doctors.

Anyway, I arrived home to be with my mother, while my siblings were at the hospital with my father. My wonderful mother prepared some delicious empanadas and a great cup of coffee for me. I know everything will turn out fine.

Thank you for reading, and many blessings to you all.

Hello—what a day! I hope your father gets better; it’s really draining when someone in the family is ill—we went through this with my grandmother, and it’s exhausting, but there’s no other choice. I also hope the young woman who fainted is doing okay. Hang in there! !HUG
