The sky is overcast—as they say in my hometown, "A clouded sky heralds a storm"—and sure enough, I started to feel the first drops of rain. They weren't very heavy; they began as a gentle fall—slow and melancholic—accompanied by a cool breeze and the scent of wet earth.
The cool air felt like an embrace, and the warm breeze brushed against my skin. I wish every day were like this—except for laundry day; on that day, I’d much prefer a scorching, blazing sun, haha 😁. After all, who likes clothes that smell like stale, soaking water? Haha 😁.
But let’s get back to my poetic side, friends. As evening fell, the real rain began to pour. There was the occasional rumble of thunder, the clouds turned a deep gray, and the atmosphere took on the look of a rainy veil, as if a sheet of water were covering everything around us.
Students and teachers alike were safely sheltered within the school building, but it was one of those days that makes you want to stay home, reading a good book and sipping hot chocolate with baked cookies.
The rain, the trees, the sky, the clouds—everything conspired to let melancholy overflow our imaginations. Gazing at the water tank visible at the back of the school reminds us just how much first love can make us lose our heads; it is there that our students vow eternal love and carve their names as an everlasting symbol of that premature feeling they believe will last forever. As time goes by, they will come to understand that eternity sometimes lasts a very short time ⏱️.
Perhaps love isn't eternal, but these clouds, this sky, and the raindrops remind us that every day is wonderful and unique. There is nothing better than contemplating nature, breathing in life, and truly living it—that is what true love really is ❤️.

Hoy, voy camino al trabajo a pleno medio día, el cielo está nublado, como dirían en mi pueblo "El cielo encapotado anuncia tempestad" y así es, empecé a sentir las primeras gotas de lluvia, no eran muy fuertes, comenzaron como un suave caer, pausado y melancólico, acompañadas de una brisa fresca y con olor a tierra mojada.
El clima fresco se sentía abrazador y la brisa cálida tocaba mi piel, quisiera que todos los días fueran así, menos los días en que me toca lavar la ropa, ese día si prefiero que haga una "pepa e sol" jjeee 😁 quien le gusta la ropa hedionda a remojado...jjjeee 😁
Pero sigamos con mi lenguaje poético amigos; ya caída la tarde, empezaron a caer las verdaderas gotas de lluvia, hubo uno que otro trueno, las nubes se volvieron de un gris intenso y el ambiente empezó a adquirir ese aspecto de un velo lluvioso, como si una capa de agua cubriera todo a nuestro alrededor.
Los estudiantes y docentes nos encontrábamos protegidos dentro la infraestructura escolar, pero era uno de esos días que provoca quedarse en casa leyendo un buen libro y tomando chocolate caliente con galletitas horneadas.
La lluvia, los árboles, el cielo, las nubes, todo confabulaba para que la melancolía desbordara nuestra imaginación y observar el tanque que se divisa en la parte trasera de la institución nos recordara hasta donde los primeros amores nos hacen perder la razón, allí en ese tanque nuestros estudiantes se juran amor eterno y colocan sus nombres como símbolo eterno de ese sentimiento prematuro que creen sentirán eternamente, con el pasar del tiempo comprenderán que la eternidad a veces dura muy poco tiempo ⏱️
Tal vez el amor no sea eterno, pero estas nubes, este, cielo y las gotas de lluvia nos recuerdan que cada día es maravilloso y único, no hay nada mejor que contemplar la naturaleza, respirar la vida, vivirla, ese si es el verdadero amor ❤️.
