It was quite the bad weekend with the cup matches where pretty much everything ended up losing but I look forward to hopefully rebounce in the coming 5 days hoping the overall results in week 9 will be still positive or in worst case with limited damage. 1 Match tonight of Club Brugge in the Champions League and I'm making this preview purely to be better prepared for it instead of just waiting and seeing what it brings in-game. Here it goes...

Club Brugge vs Racing Club De Lens

Club Brugge over the years managed to build a solid Champions League reputation. They are kind of cruising in the league with a typical match as where they have control but don't create too much to eventually get one in and win the match sometimes getting nervous at the end despite still winning it. They come off a stunt win away against Inter Milan (738M)but lost 2-3 at home as the slight favorite against Aston Villa (633M). I see Club Brugge as a team who generally does better against attacking teams as they are capable of exploiting the space they are getting. Generally they also play quite forward which makes a lot of their matches go over. They are now the big favorite against Lens (243M) who have more or less a similar player value as their 238M Squad. Lens also is with 3 points on 6 so far taking a 2-3 win away against Slavua Prague (112M) and a home 0-2 loss against Sporting (413M). They are only 8th in the league but are coming off 2 wins including against the leader Lyon. I see Club Brugge as a bit overhyped after the win against Inter and don't think they will have that easy of a win as the big favorite today. I took 0.2 units on Lens +0.75 @ 1.815 & 0.1 units on Lens 1H +0.25 @ 1.940. I'm also leaning towad the over but need a better line before I'm willing to get in. Often it starts out pretty slow but ends wild & Brugge only scored once at home in their previous 5 home matches.
