Mountainous Backdrop

DSC00465.jpeg

This is one of my favourite views around the Canmore, Bow river area. The old Engine bridge crossing the Bow river with mountainous backdrop! On the far right is the taller Ha Ling Peak; from this angle it looks impossible to hike up, but the trailhead is on the back side which makes the climb to the top surprisingly manageable. Have I climbed it? No, but I did make it 3/4 of the way up once, and the sleet/snow kept us from completing the hike. Must try it again sometime. Thanks for stopping by, and hope your weekend is going well!

That first picture reminds me of something Bob Ross would paint.
