The boy slowly emerged from the grave—a truly bizarre sight—and immediately looked toward Wez. All three of them shared the exact same face, yet only one seemed to recall what had transpired that night, just as a rhythmic drumming began to play. "Which one of you buried me?" Wez asked. The boy in the pajamas pointed at the man who looked just like him; soon, they were all pointing at one another, yet none could bring themselves to accept the truth—until the girl standing by the key spoke up: "Enough! We all promised never to speak of that night!" This left Wez completely bewildered; they were now referring to five children, yet the documents he had found in the room made no mention of any such thing.

At that moment, all the lights went out, the melody ceased, and footsteps could be heard from the darkness—until a child’s voice spoke: "You finally found me, brother." Wez turned slowly, but there was no one there; it was as if the presence were merely a shadow. Then, the last photograph on the wall fell to the floor, revealing five identical children—and in the image, Wez’s own face had been crossed out in red ink, accompanied by a short phrase: "The real Wez never left that house."
