Y una vez más me uno al openmic para presentarles en esta ocasión otra de mis canciones originales. Esta canción nace hace varios años cuando la musa estaba sentada a mi lado, justo en una noche sin electricidad, la brisa y el calor de la noche. Se me ocurrió una historia que captura la intimidad, el misterio y la pasión de una noche donde dos personas se dejan llevar hasta perder el control. Busqué crear una atmósfera poética y cercana, donde la noche misma se convierte en testigo de esa conexión y del deseo de dejar atrás el pasado para crear algo nuevo.

And once again, I’m joining OpenMic to present another one of my original songs. This song was born several years ago when the muse was sitting right beside me on a night without electricity, with just the breeze and the warmth of the night. I came up with a story that captures the intimacy, mystery, and passion of a night when two people let themselves go until they lose control. I sought to create a poetic and intimate atmosphere, where the night itself becomes a witness to that connection and the desire to leave the past behind to create something new.

En otras ocasiones he grabado la guitarra por separado pero esta, quise presentarme con mi guitarra acústica buscando ese momento intimo entre ella, ustedes y yo. De manera que logre transmitir esa calidez y fuerza que tiene la letra y bueno, como siempre, nunca grabo al primer intento, de hecho ensayé por varios días antes de decidir el día justo para grabarla y compartirla con ustedes así que como siempre, espero que disfruten de la música tanto como yo disfruté interpretándola. Esta canción me recuerda mucho esos días donde mi cabeza solo imaginaba historias de amor, hoy, tengo mi propia historia y gracias a Dios, hasta ahora, ha sido una historia feliz. Como todas, con sus altos y bajos pero aun así, somos felices.

On other occasions, I’ve recorded the guitar separately, but this time, I wanted to perform with my acoustic guitar, seeking that intimate moment between it, you, and me. So I was able to convey the warmth and power of the lyrics, and well, as always, I never record on the first try in fact, I rehearsed for several days before deciding on the right day to record it and share it with you. So, as always, I hope you enjoy the music as much as I enjoyed performing it. This song really reminds me of those days when my mind was filled with nothing but love stories. Today, I have my own story, and thank God, so far, it’s been a happy one. Like all stories, it has its ups and downs, but even so, we’re happy.
