Last time we told Kurt the dumbass that we freed him from his debt. After that we had a call from our controller Melita. She finally revealed our real task. To assasinate the Grand Lich/ Facundo Reyes(some very important person who is coming to the city). For this assignment we will need to get a gun and a squad. Then we went to see Yana. It turns out that she is kinda dating with a guy Marco whom we saw hanging near a clinic. Marco is spying on some person who is after Yana because she has some super powerful device. But all this is not that important in comparison to the big news that really blew our my minds. It turns out that our friend used that strange device to transfer part of himself into Yana and now that part of Tempo and Yana are one and the same?! I was not prepared for this.

This time we went looking for our old asset Eszti. She is working in the bank so our controller Melita told us to find Eszti and negotiate the release of prisoner Dante from the jail. And we need to free Dante because he has not told us some very important details. Like when will our target be in the city. While looking for Eszti we found a strange building. To get inside we had to lie about who we are. Inside was a whole housing campaign.

After we went inside we met with Kurt's dad Tonio who was the manager of the place. He was quite grumpy and believed that his generation was the best ever and that Kurt's generation will only mess everything up. Tonio likely knew every person who was living in the place that he was managing. But he was not helpful or willing to tell us where we can find Eszti.

So went on investigation of our own. This ,,investigation'' inclueded breaking a mailbox of the apartment where we believed Eszti could be staying. After that we red her mail and confirmed that she lives in that apartment. So we knocked to Eszti door. The one who opened the door was Ezsti husband. He told us that we can find his wife in the kitchen. So we went there. Our old asset was kinda cold to us and did not seem to be glad to see us at all. Well that was to be expected because we have been in the archives or the freezer as we called it for a few years. So our connection is no longer what it was in the past. Eszti proved this without a doubt when she attacked us with a syringe. Inside the syringe was the truth serum. So I guess our former asset was not planning to kill us. At least just yet. At first she wanted to get some intel from us. But either way this is irrelevant. Because we were able to grab the syringe and take it from her hand. After that we destroyed the truth serum. After that Eszti calmed down a bit and we were able to have a civil conversation. Still not really friendly. Just a conversation between two former friends without trying to actively attack each other. Eszti ageed to release the prisoner Dante from jail. But she did not reveal what exactly we will have to do do for that favor. Just that bank will demand a lot for it.

After that we left Eszti apartment. And saw our ,,savior'' man with no heart who pulled some strings to release us from being tortured in the poem publishing place(a few parts ago). The was nice of him. but we felt like he set us up to and arranged us to be caught in the secret prison. Just so he could ,,save'' us and so we would owe him another favor. Now this sneaky bastard wanted to collect that favor we owe him. He also promised to give us info we need to assassinate our target. So we would not need to do anything for the bank...But at this point I am not sure if dealing with bank or with heartless man is worse. It just feels like we are forced to look for lesser of two great evils. If it would be in my power I would prefer to mess things for both the bank and the man without heart. I want to do what is good for our character and maybe for Yana/Tempo as well. But I am not sure if we can work for ourselves or have to pick one of the other ,,factions''. Maybe we will still be able to play all other sides and outmaneuver them all. Or maybe we will be forced to be a pawn in someone else game.
