Last time we found the location of a secret prison. It was hidden right under our noses. It was masquerading as a place where people can submit poems for publishing. Inside of that house we found two women. One of them was a seemingly innocent fake boss. She was really only interested in publishing some poems. And her ,,sub editor'' who looked very suspicious from the moment we met her. We also found a door that we were forbidden to enter. At least until we bring and submit our poem. So we went back to our place to write it and then took the poem to fake boss. She was impressed and let us go through the secret door. After that we finally went to a basement and found the secret prison. And the prisoner who we were looking for. Dante or rather Poor Dante. From him we learned two things. That some very important person called Facundo Reyes is coming to the city. And that our new friend(?) Yana lied to us that Tempo never got some super rare device from Dante. We wanted to ask Dante more details but then ,,sub editor'' came into the dungeon. And knocked us out with electricity shock. So that was fun... not. After we woke up ,,sub editor'' continued torturing us with electricity. Partly to learn what we know. But more likely just because that toxic snake wanted to see us suffer. I hope that we will get our hands on her and get our payback in the future. After nearly killing us sub editor said that someone has intervened on our behalf. We lost consciousness again. And after we woke up in a place that looked like a garbage dump. Next to us was some girl and from her we found out that the one who saved us was man with no heart. He also left us a message- to use a certain phone.
This time we went out of the dump. And returned back to the world of living...another time. It seems that our character is really lucky. Most people don't get so many chances at life. So we went to tell Kurt(a dumbass who buys things he can't afford with money he doesn't have) that his debt has been forgiven by some bank clerk. Kurt was very happy about this news and told us that he decided to become a communist.
Then we were walking by that phone that man with no heart indicated we would find interesting. The phone rang we picked it up. It was our controller Melita who in the beginning of the game told us to give up on your assignment and leave city as soon as possible. Melita also called the man with no heart our old associate. After that she finally revealed our task. To assassinate the Grand Lich/ Facundo Reyes. For this we will need to get a weapon as well as some help from our long lost friends.
After that we went to confront Yana about her lies. Before that we tried having a bit of ,,small talk'' or at least small in comparison to the main topics. We learned that Marco(a guy who was hanging near Doctors clinic) and Yana are kinda seeing each other. Also Yana asked Marco to spy on some person who is after her. Yana also informed us where we can get a gun. Then we talked about the main topic. The mysterious device that according to Dante was now in Yana hands. She finally confirmed this. But something even more important happened during our conversation. Something finally clicked in our character's mind. At first we thought that Yana learned some Tempo habbits and mannerisms because she was his assistant/ underboss. But now it seems the truth is far weirder... Yana is Tempo. At least partly. Tempo used Dante's device to transfer a part of himself into Yana body. And now that portion of Tempo and Yana have become one entity. It still seems that original Tempo is dead. But he is also alive as part of the new Yana. Like I said- this is very WEIRD. I thought that this was a story about normal spies and not supernatural soul transfer...Still this twist was really interesting.
Then Yana explained how this merging of Tempo and original Yana happened. But to tell the truth I did not understand a lot of it. I guess soul transfer is beyond my field of expertise... Anyway the new Yana gave us the device. She said that it is not working at the moment and that person who is after her(the one who Marco is spying on) probably wants that device as well.
