Cumpleaños en familia, la Bendición de lo simple y el regalo de estar juntos [ESP-ENG]

Hola, querida comunidad de @Family&Friends es una alegría saludarles hoy y compartir un pedacito de mi día con todas ustedes.

Ayer fue un día muy especial en mi casa. No solo soplé una vela más, sino que tuve la alegría de compartir esa misma fecha con mi esposo. Sí, ¡los dos cumplimos años el mismo día. La verdad, conforme pasan los años, uno va entendiendo que las mejores celebraciones no necesitan si no la presencia de quienes forman parte especial de nuestras vidas.

Este año tuve la dicha de pasar este día tan bonito junto a mis hijos y una gran amiga que nos hizo una invitación maravillosa de ir a su casa donde hay una piscina. Para mi, el simple hecho de cambiar de espacio, salir de la rutina del hogar y respirar un aire diferente ya era un gran regalo.

Nos levantamos tarde preparamos desayuno que era casi almuerzo luego aliste todo. Llevamos una torta, unas cremitas para picar y compartir y ganas de disfrutar. Nos bañamos, conversamos, los muchachos disfrutaron mucho, jugaron y nos reímos contando historias. Compartimos momentos especiales, de esos que se quedan grabados en el corazón para siempre.

Al final del día lo que verdaderamente llena es así humilde y sencillo. Tener salud en estos tiempos ya es una ganancia inmensa. Estar vivos, sanos y con la Bendición de tener a nuestra familia alrededor, completa y unida, es el verdadero regalo. Y bueno amigos espero que todos puedan tener una semana Bendecida en sus hogares. Hello, dear @Family&Friends community—it’s such a joy to greet you today and share a little bit of my day with all of you.

Yesterday was a very special day at my house. Not only did I blow out another candle, but I also had the joy of sharing that same date with my husband. Yes, we both have our birthdays on the same day. Honestly, as the years go by, you come to realize that the best celebrations require nothing more than the presence of those who hold a special place in our lives.

This year, I was blessed to spend this beautiful day with my children and a dear friend who invited us to her home, where there’s a pool. For me, simply being in a different setting, stepping away from the daily routine at home, and breathing in some fresh air was already a wonderful gift.

We woke up late, made breakfast—which was almost lunch—and then I got everything ready. We brought a cake, some snacks to munch on and share, and a desire to have fun. We took a bath, chatted, the kids had a great time, played, and we laughed as we told stories. We shared special moments—the kind that stay etched in your heart forever.

At the end of the day, what truly fulfills us is something so humble and simple. Being healthy in these times is already an immense blessing. Being alive, healthy, and blessed with our family around us—complete and united—is the true gift. Well, friends, I hope you all have a blessed week in your homes. Thank you for reading, friends.
