Greetings to my fellow photography enthusiasts. I am continuing this series of posts with new photographic material—specifically, urban portraits of Cumaná taken last night. Below, you can view a collection of minimalist images featuring the bell towers of the Minor Basilica of Santa Inés, located in the city's historic heart. An interesting fact: the side of the tower housing the city's public clock is known as the "Gospel Tower" (*Torre del Evangelio*). The main idea behind these photos was to conduct a study and gather reference material that I will later use to create some paintings. I was particularly struck by the nighttime contrasts and the varying hues of colored light within the towers.
Additionally, apart from the series of night photographs, I am also sharing a different photograph taken in August 2026 from La Casona, at 45 Sucre Street. I have no doubt that it would also make a fitting subject for artistic representation in the form of a painting or a hand-painted work of art.
