We continue to look at the various murals created during Under Pressure 2026. Today, we are behind the MTelus concert venue in Montreal, formerly the Metropolis, to admire this piece done by the BTH crew, featuring a robot by M. Roboto on the corner.

This mural is located on de Boisbriand street in Montreal. It's often difficult to take a photo without a car parked in front, as artists' tour buses frequently park right there. On my second visit, there were no buses or cars, but a guy was sitting right in the middle, eating his lunch. It was a bit odd, so I focused on Homer Simpson instead.

It’s a wall that changes every year. For the 2025 edition, it was the collective LTG (aka Les Tontons Graffeurs) with this swamp monster 🔽 / FR : C'est un mur qui change chaque année.

M. Roboto
We begin with an artist whose robots you will likely recognize: M. Roboto—aka Raphael Dairon, known for his futuristic style. With this piece, he pays tribute to Katsushi Murakami, a Japanese designer and creator who passed away just weeks before the festival. I wasn't familiar with him personally, but the anime series he worked on were a huge part of my childhood: Bioman, Ulysses 31, Space Adventure Cobra... A truly beautiful tribute.
BTH Crew
The huge wall is the work of the BTH crew, and especially Pito, who painted Homer Simpson as well as the stacks of banknotes. The lettering is by Cast One. During my second visit, I was able to get a better photo of Homer Simpson in a mafia style. Really cool...
Vraiment cool...
