Anaco, una ciudad que merece progresar, hace poco inauguraron este nuevo espacio en el mercado municipal de la ciudad; ahora lo llaman el boulevard. Es un pequeño pasillo donde colocaron esta decoración en el techo, como estas sombrillas coloridas, y sí es cierto, le da un toque diferente, tanto al mercado como incluso a la ciudad. Hace meses que estaban trabajando en la remodelación del mercado; no cabe duda,de que aún le falta, pero este cambio, por supuesto, es un gran avance,comparado cómo estaba antes.
Pero sí es cierto, esta ciudad, sin duda, merece progresar, merece más cambios radicales, invertir en nuevos sitios, sobre todo turísticos, atractivos para los que quieran venir a visitarnos. Sin embargo, a mí me interesa más la parte de la salud pública, mejoras para los hospitales, y si existieran médicos especialistas que atendieran mi condición, eso sí sería un gran avance, así no tengo que buscar por fuera, ahorrarme ese dinero en pasaje, pero para eso todavía falta y bastante, ni modo.
Con pasos pequeños, se puede seguir avanzando, no solo en la ciudad, sino en todo el país. A este país aún le falta mucho por mejorar y avanzar; algún día...
ENGLISH VERSION
Anaco, a city that deserves to move forward, recently inaugurated this new space at the city’s municipal market; they now call it the boulevard. It’s a small corridor where they’ve installed this ceiling decoration—like these colorful umbrellas—and yes, it’s true, it adds a unique touch, both to the market and even to the city. They’ve been working on renovating the market for months; there’s no doubt it still needs work, but this change is, of course, a huge step forward compared to how it was before.
But it’s true—this city undoubtedly deserves to move forward; it deserves more radical changes and investment in new places, especially tourist attractions that will draw people who want to come visit us. However, I’m more interested in public health—improvements to hospitals—and if there were medical specialists who could treat my condition, that would truly be a major step forward. That way, I wouldn’t have to seek care elsewhere and could save that money on travel expenses. But we’re still a long way from that—oh well.
With small steps, we can keep moving forward—not just in the city, but throughout the entire country. This country still has a long way to go in terms of improvement and progress; someday…
