As usual, I've been turning on the water pump each morning. Good thing, the water level in our drainage is lower. Likewise, our road isn't flooded anymore. The reason is San Roque Dam has closed its gates. It's been the cause of floods in our village. It remains gloomy, and there's occasional rains despite the sun shining for less than an hour.
