[TV] LUCIFER [SEASON 6 REVIEW]

Spoiler

hidden text

This is still one of the most insane series I ever watched. I would say the writer has a twisted mind and decided to play scenarios of what ifs a lot of people have not even imagined. Like what if Lucifer being in hell was a show of love and not punishment, what if God decides to retire and leave the angels to fight for who becomes God. Some people call it heresy, but then again no matter what you call it, if you watch this you will discover just how deep the human mind can be and how much can change if things are not really as we imagined them to be, especially the reality of heaven and hell. Anyway the season 6 of lucifer was one that was confusing and entertaining at the same time.

Lucifer had already defeated Micheal, but did not want to become God, but this wasn’t even the shocking part, the shocking part was the arrival of Rory Lucifer's daughter. Her coming kinda complicated a lot of things and made Lucifer realize what he would do in the future. He left Chloe while she was pregnant and never came back which made Rory hate him. But then he discovered his leaving was more beneficial for her because his leaving made her a better person. I think if he had not left, he probably would have spoilt her silly alongside other variables that you will get to notice if you watch the series. In a way I could understand why Lucifer would want to change the past with Rory because in a way he saw himself in her and also understood the way she felt because he was once like that.

Lucifer also discovers that being God doesn’t suit his personality. He was better off using his experience as the devil to help damned souls and become some sort of a therapist in hell comforting them (How absurd right). Amenadiel ends up becoming God instead and that was because Lucifer wanted it so, at the end of the day, it seemed he was still in control LOL.Chloe on the other hand ended up joining lucifer in hell where they can spend eternity together and then Maze finally gets married to Eve. At the end of the day I would say the writer and the entire cast and crew are crazy.

  • I watched a few episodes from seasons 1 and 2; I really don't know why I stopped watching it. But the episodes I did watch were great; Tom Ellis is an incredible actor—I especially liked the way he played Lucifer.

I don't remember correctly if this was the first one when they started to create stories of the villains where they also of good of hearts, but devil himself...

Series is exciting and interesting if one Puts his beliefs aside though-loved watching the series and enjoyed every episodes of all of the season.
