Can really words become a crime!!??

Hello everyone!!!

I hope so you all are doing well 😀

When we talk about freedom, the only question come into my mind do we really free? Sometimes we don't even have freedom of expression our own opinion as you can say we don't have freedom of speech in mostly places like we've to stay quiet although we want to say something, there's a control environment everywhere. Just like you can't speek openly in front of your Boss and sometimes you can't even speak in your own home.

Freedom of speech!!!

I know that everyone wants to have that freedom to express themselves and to give their opinion but we also know that there's not every place in the world where we can freely express ourselves as we've to respect other's and stay silent. Although some people don't stay silent and they express themselves and some people have right to speak too as not everyone is same.

What if free speech turn into hate speech!! We know that people start to take benefits of things when they've certain things in life and we know that if we give authority to speak everyone then sometimes this freedom of speech lead them to say something which can hurt other's. We can not say good words always when it comes to speaking as there are matters which we don't like than we speak against it and maybe it'll hurt other people especially who love to speak in it side.

Hate speech prosecuted into criminal!!

If someone really say something harsh that hurt other people we can not say it's a crime because if you really give freedom of speech to someone then you've to assure too that they could say something hurting too, first you allowed people to speak freely and then you hurt because you don't like what they say, then we can not say it's a criminal, and there are thousands of crime in the world which should be see and should do something to stop that.

To avoid the hate speech it's better that we stop people to give authority to speak, well we can't stop people to speak with their opinion but still i know there are many places which are controlled just like if you hate your Boss just because he's so rude, arrogant and give you a lot of work with less charges then at that point you can't say something to him because that's not the situation where you could speak.

While in family relationship and in friendships we always try not to say something which could hurt people as wise people say that think before speak and it's for those moments when your words start to hurt others.

Final thoughts!!!

In my opinion, hate speech couldn't be a crime although we can take actions like we can leave that place and we can ghost from those people but say it's a crime is the big thing and also it'll on high level. On criminal level they should resolved other crimes and we'll handle these on our own.

This is a difficult topic because everyone wants freedom but not everyone is willing to respect someone else's freedom. Really enjoyed reading your thoughts.

Well all i can say is strap in and be prepared for all thoughts and opinions to be under scrutiny, we have people being sentenced in the UK for 18 months plus because of stupid unfiltered posts on Facebook.

I am not saying they are innocent some have said some shitty things but it is just words and absolutey does not deserve jail time in my opinion.

In the UK if an immigrant is charged they will not give their race and try and hide their names.

The police even hid the fact there was child sex gangs in the UK just because the people commiting the crimes where immigrants and was scared of being racist.

When words are being policed and charged for there is no freedom of speech and in my opinion it is better to let people speak their minds so you know where they stand.

All freedoms and liberties can be taken in a moments notice, they make the rules because we live in a world where freedom is fake.

Slaves worked hard so they could get food, shelter and clothes.

With the cost of living people are working hard and they can barely afford food, shelter and clothes with the responsibility of bills and everything else.

People believe they are free but they are not unless you have a passport you can not leave your country, before over stepped regulatoions you did not need passports a little red book telling the authorities who can travel.

In the UK if you are in prison and they want you to work outside the prison doing community work you need a red band, very similar to having a passport if you ask me.

Honestly freedom of speech is fleeting, freedom of movement is controlled and people send more time working to pay ever increasing taxes than spending time doing anything else.

Freedom is a mirage in my humble opinion.

They will not stop at what they call hate crimes they will add other things to remove more freedoms and liberties, personally i stand by stick and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me.

If someone has not physically assulted someone and are just saying words that is not a crime in my opinion.

The UK is not even the worse place in the world for no freedoms.

But i am just a fellow slave what do i know.
