Esta semana tuvimos un pequeño cambio de último momento y esto resultó en mover nuestro día libre para hoy, pero como para nosotros realmente el día libre comienza desde el día anterior después del trabajo aprovechamos el hicimos algo para no dejarlo pasar.
This week we had a small last-minute change and this resulted in moving our day off to today, but since for us our day off really starts the day before after work, we took advantage of the situation and did something so as not to let it pass us by.
Desde hace días queríamos ir al Shopping Estação y ayer finalmente pudimos ir, nos dedicamos a caminar hasta que llegó el momento en que queríamos tomarnos algo. Al principio pensé en un helado pero luego me decidí por la cajita JR de Burguer King para obtener un juguete, y esta además del juguete incluía una hamburguesa JR y una porción de papas pequeñas, como bebida incluía un refresco pero este podía ser cambiado por un milkshake, así que al final obtuve tanto el juguete como el helado al mismo tiempo.
We had been wanting to go to Shopping Estação for days, and yesterday we finally made it; we spent our time walking around until we felt like having something to eat or drink. At first, I thought about getting ice cream, but then I decided on the Burger King Jr. Meal to get a toy. Besides the toy, it included a Jr. burger and a small order of fries; the drink was a soda, but I could swap it for a milkshake, so in the end, I got both the toy and the ice cream at the same time.
Daniel por su parte de compró un par de cervezas y luego nos fuimos a una mesa a tomar nuestras bebidas. Por causa del mal clima tuvimos que quedarnos allí más tiempo del que esperábamos pero fue un tiempo que aprovechamos para conversar, caminar y compartir. Fue una noche tranquila y que resultó mejor de lo que estaba en nuestros planes.
Daniel bought a couple of beers, and then we went to a table to have our drinks. Because of the bad weather, we had to stay there longer than we expected, but we used that time to talk, walk around, and spend time together. It was a peaceful evening, and it turned out even better than we had planned.
