And just like that, I've finished the first season of 3%! Honestly, I wasn't expecting this Brazilian sci-fi series to keep me so interested from beginning to end.
The season finale brings us to the Purification Ritual, and I really liked how everything becomes more complicated just when the candidates seem so close to achieving their dreams.
What stood out to me was how much the characters have changed since the first episode. After all the tests, betrayals, and difficult decisions, it's fascinating to see what each person is willing to sacrifice for a chance to reach the Offshore.
The revelations and shifting loyalties made this episode particularly satisfying. I also appreciated that the finale didn't try to answer every question. There's still plenty to discover about this world.
Looking back, I think the strongest part of this season was never the futuristic setting itself, but the way it explored human behavior, inequality, ambition, and survival.
My rating: 93/100 ⭐
Season 1 overall rating: 88/100 ⭐
I'm definitely looking forward to Season 2!
