Yellow Was My Favourite Until I Became Me. LOH#309

For a very long time, yellow was my favorite color. I love the color yellow so much that even in school I'd always want to enter the yellow house and cry till my request is granted. I just love how you can't help but notice it; yellow will always show up and be different.

Then along the line it began to change; blue came in. A very calm-looking color that you can't help but admire. And somehow I would always find myself choosing anything that's the color blue.

Guess what? It began to change again; it then became a mixture of two colors. And that is purple and pink. You will always find a touch of both in what I wear, in my room, my wallpaper, and all of that. I just love it; my bedspread, cotton mat, and some of my things are a mixture of purple and pink.

I didn't notice the change so fast; I think the change came from starting to see myself. I just became open and comfortable with who I really am. Those colors just started to feel more like me, and I liked it.

And that is just normal; at least change is constant, and we all experience some form of change in life at one point or the other. The things we love and admire years ago may not appeal to our eyes the same way today. Not as if they're now bad; nah, it's just that we've grown and our taste grew with us too.

I still love yellow; I still love blue. Maybe they will rank second and third, but for now, it's purple and pink for me; I can't say which comes first. A mixture of both.

Yeah!! Yellow is always so outstanding. I remember when I was in high school:during our inter house sports, you don't have to look around for yello house because the moment you are in the field, there is "Yellow house". But, the purple colour? Oh myyyy, it's my favourite!

Yellow is a cheerful color. Gold is a rich color. Marigold, Mustard, Chartreuse, Amber, lemon, saffron any shade as long as it's YELLOW! For now @marsdave 💛
