On the farm, its been some months now which we purchase some new grasscutter into the farm. I mean we bought one colony and two pregnant female. And that was all. Wait effective and add working rules and routine, these are the updates so far. We also have a very good grasscutter species on the farm. This is a very good one because the growing rate is absolutely. Although for those people that see them almost everyday May assume they are not growing very well. But when you see them once in a while. Then you can conclude with your own personal opinion.
A lot of hard work has been put in into the farm and I'm so happy that gradually we are making a headway with the keeping of this animals looking healthy and great.
Grasscutter always grow very fast when you have a very good breed. Although sometimes farmers may twist the lineage along the line for buyers. So when sourcing for your own grasscutter breed we need to do your own research very well. Making sure that I'm not from the same parent as well as you give them a very good food and feed to make them grow in a balance way. I took some pictures of the grasscutter while on the farm at the same time.
- When the grass cutter eat it is always amazing because you will always wonder how the nature works. Naturally speaking they always hold their food while eating. There are some videos that prove this as well. So this is practical not just in books or what is being written on the internet.
There are some rules guiding the grasscutter farming which one of them is that you should always separate the male from the female, so that they will not fight or cross themselves. you can later use the same male to cross the female when they are fully matured it is allowed.
A full matured male can serve two females at a time. This means that you can use a very full grown-up male grasscutter to cross two female at a time. Then you check for signs after crossing. There are some signs to look out for while making this happen.
There are also some females that may not respond to growth easily. These are the last born of the same parents. Just like in the case of triplet. There will be one of the three babies that will not quickly respond to growth. Same also apply to animals.
Feeding them sometimes cost a lot because while in the dry season you will always give them corn and pineapple and so on. That is the major reason why if you want to start your grasscutter farming business it must be done during the rainy season. This is because you will have known some few food or feed that your animals consume more during the rainy season then you slightly improve on them during the dry season.
