The visit to the palace of Ooni Of Ife was a very good one with a lot of knowledge about the ancient tradition and so many rulers that came in power with the humility and the mind of making the world at large a friendly one as human being. In the ancient time the role of King is extremely exclusive such that even the Queen and the princess are distinguish among the fellow community. With which there are also war that happened along the line is a lot of lives being lost. When we got to the palace we were administered to a particular set of groups that took us around. This setup groups are very close to the King and the already know more history. And what really happened for so many decades.
We have so many warriors that fought a lot of fight with their last breath. The obalufon was also a very great King during his own time as well. Making a very powerful one with a lot of followers which believes in him,in his words and also in his command. There are so many histories attached to this particular King. Which can also be physically seen in terms of statue. You took a lot of pictures around the recent Ooni Palace as shown in the pictures. The Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi
There are so many gates linking each other to one palace and the other. We were told that there are seven palace in the current palace of Ooni Of Ife at the moment. Making it one of the biggest palace of the Yoruba kingdom.
This is also the statue of the late Ooni of Ife. Okunade Sijiwade ii. The children needed to embrace the statue more and create more great memories.
