The giving of the grasscutter linked to be checked and I also got some messages on my discord channel how to go about giving the grass cutter this type of food to eat. The plantain stem or banana stem. This seems the same thing but it is very different. It also very easy when you follow the steps. You can also make sure that the plantain stem or banana stem is fresh as it is standing. The standing means that it must not fall.
- The plantain stem must also look clean. So that the animals will also be safe.
The Plantain stem are cut and all the back cover were also remove to suit the good healthy and make the Animals grow faster.
The next step, is this. Meaning that, the cleaned plantain stem was cut into smaller chops. Although not too small but the animals will be able to lift it up and start to consume it.
There must be alot of caution. The caution goes to both the animals and the plant or food at this point. This is because some smaller animals may consume this stem and have bloat for sure. It has happened to me on the farm before. I lost a male grasscutter. One month old. Its very painful because it was a golden brown grasscutter. A very scarce color at that.
The whole plantain stem that wasn't touch at all. But can be used for feeding the grasscutter after peeling it off.
This was when the small chopped Plantain stem was giving to the grasscutter of different sizes and age. Although not to the smaller sizes. Because of bloat.
The reaction that was seen in its faces showed that it being loved. The chopped stem were consumed happily.
You must also take note and observe if your grasscutter eats the stem at interval of hours. The leftover must be packed away to avoid any form of irritation.
