A few days back I visited a Temple where I have taken this picture. It's a shadow of the pillars of the corridor. This is not a very old architecture, it has been built just a decade back, but it feels like it's from the ancient time. It has been given that touch to look ancient. This type of architecture is not very common to see now a days, but thankfully even the new temples that are being built they get the touch of the ancient architecture style and make it feel like the temples that were being built in the olden days.
These are solid stone granite pillars with carvings on it, though the carvings is not very intricate like of the olden times, it still holds some charm. The way it is built, I am sure it will stand as is for a minimum of 500 years. On a heavy rush day, this is the place where people can sit down and relax from the sun. It's always a good feeling to visit these kind of places. I have a yearly ritual to visit this Temple. It's a Temple of Shani. Shani is the lord of planet Saturn as per astrology and we believe that he is one of the most difficult task master.
When I look at this shadow, it feels like it's a keys of the piano laid out on the stone floor, like a barcode of time. It's perfectly ordered. Light and dark in perfect rhythm.
