I hope you’re all doing great this Friday, because I’m bringing you another episode of this special series I’ve titled “The Adventures of Natto in Splinterlands,” where I share all my progress and what I’ve been up to in this amazing digital game on the Hive Blockchain. This time, I’ll talk about my progress in Modern, as well as a few cards I got from opening Gladius Case packs, leveled-up cards, and more cards I’ve earned as rewards from contests and events I’ve been participating in.

En esta ocasión les hablaré de mi progreso en Modern, además de una que otra carta que conseguí en una apertura de sobres Gladius Case, cartas subidas de nivel y más cartas como recompensas de concursos y dinámicas en las que he estado participando.

Silver II in Modern
Let’s start by talking about my latest rank-up to Silver II in Modern, which I achieved over a day ago, but I’m only now getting around to writing and telling you about it. My goal for this season is to at least reach Silver I, but well, there are less than three days left until it ends, so I don’t know if I’ll make it in time. The downside of reaching Silver II is that I didn’t find a single card among the rewards I received. On the other hand, the upside is that I did get a lot of MERITS as a reward (1,460 MERITS, to be exact). This really helped me save up enough to buy the Gladius Case pack, which I’ll tell you about next.
Empecemos hablando de mi última subida de rango a Silver II en Modern, lo cual conseguí hace ya más de un día, pero apenas en estos momentos es que vengo a escribir y hablarles al respecto. Mi objetivo para esta temporada es al menos alcanzar el Silver I, pero bueno, ya quedan menos de tres días para que termine, así que no sé si lo conseguiré a tiempo. Lo negativo de lograr este rango de Silver II es que, entre las recompensas que recibí, no hallé ninguna carta. Por otro lado, lo positivo es que sí obtuve muchos MERITS como recompensa (1.460 MERITS para ser exactos). Esto me ayudó mucho a poder completar para comprarme el sobre de Gladius Case del cual les hablaré a continuación.

Seventh Opening of the Gladius Case
That's right, I'm continuing to buy and open Gladius Case packs to get more cards from this set for the upcoming Brawls I plan to participate in. Lately, I haven’t had much luck playing—or rather, winning—so I plan to focus more on expanding my collection and improving my deck so I can participate in and win more battles to qualify and earn rewards. As for Gladius cards, I’ve managed to get a few new ones, plus several rares in this latest pack opening.
Así es, seguimos con la compra y apertura de sobres Gladius Case para así conseguir más cartas de esta edición para las próximas Brawls en las que pienso participar. Últimamente no he tenido muy buena suerte jugando o más bien consiguiendo victorias, por lo cual pienso dedicarme más a aumentar mi colección y mejorar mi mazo de cartas para así poder participar y ganar más batallas para poder calificar y obtener recompensas. En cuanto a cartas Gladius he tenido que conseguir una que otra carta nueva, además de varias raras en esta última apertura.

More Level-Ups
Let’s continue with leveling up some of the cards in my collection. As I mentioned in previous chapters, I plan to level up several cards—some to the maximum level, and others to the highest level I can reach with the copies I currently have. This time, I plan to level up two Foundation edition cards that are RARE and Neutral.

Ya en capítulos anteriores les conté que pienso traerles varias subidas de nivel, algunas a Máximo Nivel en ciertas cartas y otras hasta cierto nivel en el que me sea posible con las copias que tengo por el momento. En esta ocasión pienso subir de nivel a dos cartas de edición Foundation, de rareza RARA y del elemento Neutral.
One of these RARE cards from the Foundation set is Spelmonger (Human), which I've leveled up to its maximum level (Level 4) and now has 4 mana, 2 armor, 3 health, and 2 speed. This card also has two abilities called Untrainabled and Thorns.

That's right, we're continuing with the contests and events taking place in this amazing Splinterlands community, where users and creators organize these activities and invite everyone to participate. In recent weeks, I’ve been actively participating in several of these contests. As a result, I’ve been rewarded with several cards from the Foundation and Arena Vanguard sets, such as Jolius Blast (Djinn), Khan Feywest (Fey), Ratbound Corsair (Tideborn), King Erminaz Twincleaver (Orc), Gorm the Vengeful (Human), Buns the Unseen (Human), and Vaelok (Drakoshan).

Thanks to these giveaways that users like @iblast have held (and continue to make it) for all Splinterlands players, I’ve managed to get a good number of Jolius Blast cards for my collection, so maybe—for the next chapter—I’ll be able to bring you a level-up for this awesome card (once I get all five copies; right now I have four). I wish I could set aside more time than I have to participate in more tournaments and such.
