Friday ☀️ 8274

A refreshing and quite cold, but not very windy morning. I was feeling a little more energetic again today, but this week has been a bit strange overall, with my energy levels going up and down. It’s probably just the change in weather as we head into the colder, wetter fall. After my usual stretching exercises on the terrace, I walked the path along the lock behind the castle park and enjoyed a few breathing and meditation exercises at the large weir, where I also spotted some fresh chestnut heads again, which I’ve brought back for you to admire, of course. Later in the day, I did some strength training and made preparations for the next few days of work on a major event at Messe Berlin.
