A PRODUCTIVE WEEK IN MY TATTOO BUSINESS [ENG/ESP]
Hello HIVE, I hope everyone is doing very well, enjoying life and art in all its expressions.
Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren muy bien disfrutando de la vida y el arte en todas sus expresiones.
Today I am back to share more about my progress as a tattoo artist; although I haven't been in this field for very long, I feel I am advancing well thanks to my consistency. I have been able to execute quality tattoo projects with increasing frequency, and after completing each piece of body art, I carefully analyze my mistakes so I can improve upon them in the next one.
Hoy he venido a continuar compartiendo mis avances como artista del tatuaje, a pesar de que tengo muy poco tiempo desde que inicie en esta diciplina, siento que estoy avanzando muy bien gracias a la constancia que estoy teniendo, ya que he podido ir realizando buenos proyectos de tatuajes con más frecuencia y luego de culminar cada pieza de arte corporal analizo con determinación cuales son los errores que estoy teniendo para mejorarlos en la próxima pieza.
This week, I had the opportunity to create two very interesting pieces: portraits of the client's children. It was my first time doing a portrait, so I took on the challenge with great dedication to ensure the final result was truly satisfactory.
Esta semana tuve la oportunidad de realizar dos piezas muy interesantes, eran los retratos de los hijos del cliente. para mí es la primera vez que realizaría un retrato, por eso fue un reto que asumí con mucho compromiso para dejarle una pieza completamente aceptable.
For the design, he asked for just the faces—using only outline work—along with each child's date of birth; however, since I like creating quality pieces and challenging myself to improve, I decided to add some shading to the faces to give them a semi-realistic effect. After three hours of tattooing, the client loved the result.
Para el diseño el me pidió que solo quisiese los rostros con las líneas de contorno nada más y las fechas de nacimiento de cada hijo, pero como a mí me gusta hacer buenas piezas y retarme para mejorar, decidí agregarle un poco de sombreado a los rostros para darles un efecto semi realista. Después de 3 horas tatuado al cliente le encanto el resultado.
A few days later, the client contacted me again to say he wanted to complement the portrait tattoo of his daughter with a design lower down, to fill a space on his forearm that looked a bit empty. I loved the idea; I created a very simple design for him, and we added a four-letter nickname he uses for his daughter.
Luego pasaron varios días y el cliente me vuelve a contactar para decirme que le gustaría complementar el tatuaje del retrato de su hija con un diseño más abajo para rellenar un espacio que se nota medio vacío en el antebrazo. A mí me encanto la idea, le realice un diseño muy sencillo y le agregamos un nombre de 4 letras que es un apodo que usa para su hija.
On that same day, I also did another tattoo for him—his date of birth—but placed this one on the back of his arm. It was truly a very productive week, and this practice has allowed me to keep honing my skills in a discipline that fascinates me. I hope to continue progressing in the art of tattooing and creating even more impressive pieces; I’ll be sharing more of my work soon. Good vibes.
Además, también le realice el mismo día otro tatuaje de su fecha de nacimiento, pero este se lo ubique en la parte trasera del brazo; la verdad fue una semana muy productiva, y esta práctica me ha permitido seguir puliendo mis habilidades en esta diciplina que me tiene fascinado. Espero poder seguir avanzando en el arte del tatuaje y realizar piezas más impresionantes, pronto seguiré compartiendo más trabajos realizados, buenas vibras.

Impressive! You say you haven't been practicing this art form for very long, but the truth is, the final result is incredibly professional. I think portraits are the biggest challenge for tattoo artists, and your work is excellent; it’s no surprise that this client sought you out twice for the same concept. Congratulations, brother...
¡Impresionante! Dices que tienes poco tiempo ejecutando este arte, pero la verdad es que el resultado final es muy profesional. Creo que los retratos son el reto más grande para quienes tatúan, y el trabajo que haces es excelente, no me extraña que este cliente te haya ido a buscar dos veces, para la misma idea, felicitaciones hermano...
