Hey there! Today I went for another ranked battle, I was in the Modern Ranked Bracket I, playing against TESHAV. The mana cap was 97 so I had a wide variety of options for my deck. I decided to use my death deck and also had some cards I wanted to try out, which turned out to be a good choice as I won the battle!

I used Thalgrimore as my summoner. As there was a high mana cap I was able to create a deck with some strong cards.
My deck started with Nim Guard Captain as my 1st member. Followed by a couple more, Sorrow Harvester and Vengeful Monk. I then used Great Bear Druid as my 4th and then Lenore Nevermore. Ending with Black Widow.
I was keen to see how this deck would do, as I had a variety of cards.
Battle
I was going up against TESHAV. When I entered the arena I could see they had a different deck. With the mana cap being 97 we were both able to use some strong cards.
The battle began, my deck consisted of a death deck so I was keen to see how I would fair against their deck. I used Nim Guard Captain as my 1st and then followed this up with the other cards.
The battle began, I was keen to see who would run out of cards first. My cards did really well in this deck and I was happy with my card choices.
I was successful at defeating TESHAV, getting another win in ranked. It was great to win this and the mana cap was quite high. Using this deck was enjoyable.
I gained +40 Rating from this, bringing my rating up to 800. I am still in division 8 but it was nice to get my rating up to 800, hopefully I can carry on improving my rating.
I also gained 97 Glint from this, always nice to gain some glint rewards.
This was a great battle using my death deck. I managed to defeat TESHAV and gained some nice rewards. I was happy with how my deck did and hopefully I can gain more wins using this deck.
Looking into the future
I’m currently on 800 Rating, my goal is to improve from division 8. I have more battles to play and will try to improve my rating.
I would like to try out some new cards. Sometimes it is fun to use a deck that you haven’t tried too much. My death deck worked well this time and hopefully I can gain more wins.
