I actually forgot what day today is, I got so busy this morning that I didn't even thought checking. Lol. I used my phone but I didn't exit the Webtoon app and actually I am only focus with the time coz I am planning to take a bath earlier this morning.
We even reaches the market to buy Mommy F fish and I still haven't had the slightest idea of what day today is. I only realize when Mama told me that today is Sunday and that we should check the tiangge-an. When I heard it, I was like, "what? Today is Sunday?" (≧▽≦)
And the last minute decision to go in the tiangge-an actually cost me 35 pesos because we found a cheaper Lanzones inside. To be honest, I don't want to buy, but hearing people that it is sweet coz they're eating it while choosing as a sample, tempted me.
I asked mamabels to choose some for me coz well, she's already sitting there and she's expert when it comes to Lanzones, lol. While she's choosing I picked up two more lanzones to check if they are really sweet, I mean, the seller is allowing it so WHY NOT? Right? Lol
So I bought a kilo of it, Mamabels bought one as well. Seriously, they are not that newly harvested Lanzones but that's okay, its not like this will last us for a week. With me and the oldies, it will only last for 1 to 2 days, lol. And whats important is, it is sweet.
So, aside from Lanzones, we also bought a pack of mixed vegetables for lunch. And it has Ampalaya this time, Mama really don't like ampalaya haha. You know what she said when she started cooking it? That I should get it first. She even put them on top, hahaha
See, see, she can really be funny hahaha. Her hate ro the poor Bitter Gourd is so intense that she really want to get rid of them fast, lol. Well, if it was soaked in there for a long time, the whole dish will surely taste bitter. Lol (≧▽≦). God thing i like ampalaya. Hihi
By the way, this Pakbet is kinda special too coz Mama has pork, the bone part, which she got at a cheaper price. And yk those part are usually great with this kind of recipe. This dish taste even better thanks to it, with a touch of mama's good hands. Hihi
