Yo' yo' yo, hey yo' (⌐■-■) let's start this blog with coolness ᕙ( ~ . ~ )ᕗ. Omooo (≧▽≦)!

Anyways, today is just like an ordinary day, like the usual, uneventful, and kinda boring? But it is not the *boogsh" kind of boring, its bearable coz I made a snacks this morning...oops, yes, snackies, hahaha.

You see, I am in a tight budget, but i'm already hungry. We had our BF so early, like 5:40 am. I didn't pair it with coffee or whatever just Pandesal topped with poop, kidding its actually Nutella, tehehehe. But isn't my BF sweet? Lol. So it is really normal that I got hungry that early right? Just Pandesal and water, that won't even reach my stomach, how am I gonna poop right?? Hahaha. By the way, when my food in the morning is sweet, I stop myself from drinking coffee, I like mine sweet bitter ┐(‘~`;)┌, too much sweetness can kill, I mean, its not really good. And I am planning to eat more sweet later on so I chose coffee to remove in the list of sweets that I will take take haha. Eh? Ehhh? Ehhhhhhh! ╰( ・ ᗜ ・ )➝ ಥ‿ಥ ƪ(‾.‾“)┐

Oh my, back to the snackie...i'm hungry, but I don't want to spend anything. Then my eyes landes to the kitchen table. I saw the leftover fish I fried yesterday and I thought, why not tire myself out and make a fish ball? I jsut think about it for a few minutes and just did whatever I want after. We still have APF, and the other ingredients thag I needed.

The ingredients are, minced garlic and onion, shredded leftover fish, salt, msg, water, APF, and to make it a lil healthy, I put Malunggay in it, I also just chopped it. Looking so nicey nicey now (⌐■-■)

Next is mixing them all together just like this. It is too watery so I actually added more flour. Ahhhh, I almost forgot... but I added a teaspoon of baking powder in there. ╰( ・ ᗜ ・ )➝

I actually forgot to take of photo of when i'm frying them haha. And man, I almost forgot too to snaps photo of the fish ball. I only remember it when there's just a few balls left hahaha. I got busy, you see. Haha

But good news, I received a compliment from Mommy D saying I seasoned it so well. Well, flip hair... (✿^‿^)

Am just so happy hahaha

The fish balls are good for me too. Its crispy outside. But it still need more baking powder coz the fish ball I know from the street food vendors, those homemade not the fish balls from store, they are airy and yeah, they are a lil rounder. But mine, aigoooo, aside from it is flat, I don't see balls in it. Hahahaha. But at least it is crispy and soft inside, still not bad. Ehehehs └|∵|┐♪

    Sarap naman po nyan

  • Oh my friend, looking at that food is making my mouth water! And using leftover fish from the previous day is totally fine. Where we live, we sometimes keep fish in the fridge for a week or 10 days and still use it, so it shouldn't be any problem for you at all
