I hope your week so far is treating you well and brings many smiles to your amazing face 😉

My week has been good and today I went to a new and different restaurang with my awsome coworkers after work.

This place started as an idea by one of the parents to kids we had at work and the idea was to open a new pizzeria.

But one that only used fresh own home grown things on their dishes and things.

They started in their backyard with stone-oven baked pizza.

It got populär very fast and now a few years later their new cool restaurang is finnished.

A restaurang and greenhouse where every detail is part of a sustainable cycle and the Pizzas are topped with local ingredients, seasonal vegetables and many different fun flavor combination 😋

My choice of Pizza was Nutty Basil tomato sauce, smoked beef, komozzarella, basil oil.

It was a different and interesting taste and flavor not my favorite to be honest as the pizza doe and the filling doesn't taste like a normal pizza at all.

But If you like different.. You might like it 😁

My choice of drink tho was much better and delicious 😋 Yummy

Sodaliscious cola that actually is from a local craft producer.

Their goal with this place is to make the best Pizzas 🍕 in the world's most climate-smart restaurant Building. Love that 😉👍

The focus for drinks is on small-scale Swedish craft producer.

So I absolutly LOOVE this concept, just need to try some other dishes and hope I like them more 😜

Mabye some of the Lean Meat?

All payment is done digital as well here so scan a code and choose your meal + drink and then pay.

The idea is good and I think they will do well and get many more visitors... They grow fast!

Pretty cool place to eat where you feel like you are in a HUGE greenhouse 😉 huge!

Our tables were upstairs so we had quite a view 😍

And this was our spot!

With good company and cool view, interesting info about the place made the evening a success.

Even tho many were like.... 🫣 Ugh... Oki!

Not my favorite pizza 😁 lol

But I am sure they have something I could like, just have to try my way forward right? 😜

I love lasagne alot and they have that on the menuehere so that will be my next choice to try I think.

I will be back, but never for the pizza as for me a pizza should TASTE like pizza and theirs ... Doesn't!

Time to head home and it was only a walk that took about 10 minutes.

So it is very close to where I live and a walk is always a welcome thing.

And this skate park spot is another new thing that has gotten really popular fast, it is on the same spot as my old working place was locaded. Pavilion!

So it feels a little weard walking here and see this park instead of a Pavilion with a cool preeschool yard.

But good thing the kids have a fun park to skate and meet up.

And that was pretty much what my afternoon /evening looked like.
