Silo Season 1 Events
In the first season we learn that there is this big underground Silo which houses 10k+ people with a camera pointing outside which shows a wasteland and all the ones who for some reason get send outside falling dead despite wearing a suit. It starts out really good with a main premise and the question if it is safe or not outside as there are indications of lies and control. In the middle it became too much of a soap for me but near the end it got interesting again and I liked the concusion.

In the 2nd season we discover that there are more Silos and Julliete who got out spends quite some time in one of them where in the past there was a rebellion which pretty much got everyone killed with some survivors there. At the same time, in the original silo a simular type rebellion is taking place as they got reasons to believe it was safe after Juliette Survived. If anything this season showed me that I needed a new tv as there are a lot of scenes in the dark. Overall for me, this season was only so so but I still continued watching it.

So the 3rd season also has 2 main plotlines. The one in the past when the Silos were buing built and the one inside the silo where there is some kind of battle between the voice that controls the narrative and the people who have learned that there is a failsafe which can all kill them and the objective to disable that.
Image SourceOverall I have mixed feelings as some of the episodes especially toward the end of the season were really good and had some interesting and surprising twists. It starts a bit slow and confusing though with all focus on the drugs that makes people forget. There are also a lot of characters and smaller plotlines on which I was not always clear on who was who and what was happening. That happens more often to me with series but eventually it all got cleared out.
Image SourceConclusion:I would go as far as to say that Season 3 was my favorite so far and I'm kind of glad that I pulled through the middle of the 1st season and a large part of the 2nd season which at times felt a bit too much as a drama soap. At the same time, it was by no means that this series obsessed me even though I most of the time on Friday just watched the episode in the morning. I'm looking forward to the 4th and the last season which already has a teaser trailer which means that it's already filmed so it should not take crazy long. A soldi 7.6/10 for me and so far the series I enjoyed the most in 2026.
