Actifit: One Day (15970) as a Shark : 4 December 2022

One of the only productive things I did all day was go on a long walk with Stella T. Dog. It was important to me that I at least did that. Other than a trip to the pet food store and human food store, I didn’t even do anything other than sit around looking at something on my computer. That sounds bad, but that’s how it goes some days. I had a good day. I can always clean the house some other day. I’ve got band practice here on Tuesday, and that’s my motivation to clean up. I’m a procrastinator; I do it the night before. Whatever. This is a boring story. Haha.

Getting 10,000 steps in my minimum goal, and I met that today, even with a somewhat lazy day. That’s not bad! I worked a lot all last week and even went to work on Saturday. Saturday evening I went down to my hometown and had a taco party with my whole family. I made barbacoa from a 3 lb beef roast I got from a place called Colorado Craft Beef. It turned out delicious, and my brother and dad both asked for my recipe. The thing is, it’s not so much the recipe itself, but the beef you use and how you prepare it.

That's another boring story. The whole point was that I had been pretty busy and wanted to have a chill Sunday.

Going for a walk helped me have a chill Sunday. I would've felt like a piece of crap if I stayed at my computer desk all day and didn't go for a walk with Stella. It's good for her to go, and it's good for me. I didn't bring any headphones or anything.
