I made a quick update. Although I've been busy with a few things, I had already submitted an update to improve the Campfire interface for the desktop version.
I call it "Campfire Clean" and it focuses on further improving the Campfire layout, which has been the center of attention. I'm very happy to see that people are actually using it and having fun with it.
To begin, this is the new layout with the fully expanded menu. You may have seen the last post where I talked about the theme and font size, so all of this combined with this new way of presenting Campfire will make everything more pleasant and better for reading and interacting with people.
But it doesn't stop there. The new Campfire mode isn't called "clean" for nothing. I improved the button that slid the topic bar on the left; I was in deep agony seeing that square button up there, completely out of sync.
Now it looks more sophisticated, beautiful, and totally organized. The banner also now has a button on the right to make it retractable, thus gaining more space to view the conversations.
The button to create a new topic has been moved down to the left, very close to the topics. I think it looks more elegant this way and there's synergy in having the button to create topics right above Campfire.
Finally, I created an option in the settings so you can decide whether you want these sliding options to start collapsed or expanded. Depending on the option chosen, the two locations start in either way X or Y.
Regardless of the mode, you can click the slide option to expand or collapse the list of topics and the banner; it's up to you.
Finally, an improvement to the message mission that appears randomly in Campfire. The reception was wonderful, and many people really liked this idea, so I improved the frequency and points that can be earned.
The frequency was a maximum of 10 events per day; I increased it to 15;
Points will now range from 5, 10, and 15. Each bonus points event on Campfire will be created showing the added value.
Those who have already won once in a day cannot win more points for that event (this also remains the case), but now you have the possibility to enter an event and try to get 5 points or wait until you find an event with 10 or 15 points. Remember that you are only "excluded" from the draw for an event if you have already won another one on the same day.
The operation is the same: you saw the message on Campfire, comment something, and you will be added to the mini-draw for that interaction. You don't need to write twice or more, only one entry at a time is counted.

Fiz uma atualização rápida, apesar de estar ocupado com algumas coisas, já tinha encaminhado uma atualização para melhorar a interface do Campfire para a versão em desktop.
Eu chamo de "Campfire Clean" e foi focado em melhorar mais uma vez o layout do Campfire que tem sido o centro das atenções. Eu fico muito feliz de ver que as pessoas estão realmente usando e se divertindo com isso.
Para começarmos, esse é o novo layout com o menu todo expandido. Vocês devem ter visto o ultimo post no qual eu falei sobre tema e tamanho da fonte, então tudo isso aliado a essa nova forma de apresentar o Campfire, vai deixar tudo mais agradável e melhor para ler e interagir com as pessoas.
Mas não para por aí. O novo modo do Campfire não se chama clean a toa. Fiz uma melhoria no botão que fazia o slide da barra de tópicos na esquerda, eu estava em profundo agonia de ver aquele botão quadrado antes lá em cima totalmente fora de sinergia.
Agora sim está parecendo algo mais sofisticado e bonito e com total organização. O banner também agora tem um um botão ali na direita para fazer dele retrátil, ganhando assim mais espaço para ver as conversas.
O botão de criar novo tópico desceu e ficou na esquerda, bem próximo dos tópicos, acho que fica mais elegante assim e tem uma sinergia de ter o botão de criar tópicos bem acima do Campfire.
Por fim, criei uma opção nos settings para que você decida se quer que esses opções deslizantes já iniciem compactadas ou expandidas. Assim dependendo da opção, os dois lugares começam de um jeito X ou Y.
Independente do modo, você pode clicar na opção do slide para expandir ou retrair a lista de tópicos e o banner, fica a seu critério.
Por fim uma melhoria na missão de mensagem que aparece de forma aleatória no Campfire. A recepção foi maravilhosa e muitas pessoas gostaram bastante dessa ideia, então melhorei a frequência e pontos que podem ser ganhos.
A frequência era de até no máximo 10 eventos por dia, aumentei para 15;
Os pontos agora vão variar entre 5, 10 e 15. Cada evento de pontos bônus no Campfire será criado já mostrando qual será o valor adicionado.
Quem já ganhou uma vez no dia, não consegue ganhar mais pontos por este evento (isso continua também), mas agora você têm a possibilidade de entrar em um evento e arriscar pegar 5 pontos ou esperar até achar um evento de 10 ou 15. Lembrando que você só fica "excluído" do sorteio de um evento se já tiver ganho algum outro no mesmo dia.
O funcionamento é o mesmo: você viu a mensagem no Campfire, comente alguma coisa e você já será adicionado ao mini sorteio dessa interação. Não precisa escrever duas vezes ou mais, apenas uma entrada por vez é computada.
